Arrive at 9.00am for a spa aromatherapy massage with spa pedicure. What I got was a freezing room, left naked with cold blanket. Asked twice for heater to be turned on and up. Too late to relax. No aromatherapy at all. Went onto pedicure, was just a soak and polish no exfoliation. Not worth $175.

We had a Aunty & Niece treatment here & loved it. The team were very friendly & professional. They happily accommodated a few requests I had around the treatment. I will definitely come back next time I am in the area & would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a relaxing treatment.

The friendly and professional Ally gave a fantastic massage - alas it was only for a mere 30 minutes😞. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep!

I got my eyebrows done here and absolutely loved how they turned out, the experience was 10/10. Super sweet and caring staff, definitely recommend!!

I was very impressed with the therapist who took the time to really find out what I expected from my massage and then delivered exactly that! Thank you for a wonderful massage. Walking on a cloud of bliss right now.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Taylor who was amazing. I was so relaxed after my wonderful 3 hour pamper package. It was the best thing to help me relax on our first family vacation. I would definitely recommend

Had the most amazing Enzyme Peel by Tayla today my skin looks & feels amazing. Have been going to Tayla monthly for either this or Microdermabrasion since she joined Sheer 7 months ago. My skin has never looked better and I get complimented all off the time! Wow has this lady got a wealth of experience and knowledge. She’s worked on Royal Caribbean Cruise ship, Noosa Springs Spa & Novotel Twin Waters she definitely knows her stuff lots of knowledge on skin analysis to name but a few. The salon is pure luxury and you really get spoilt by the girls who all look amazing and are very courteous. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks again Tayla see you next month! ❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Honestly the best way to finish off my summer holidays! Beautiful staff and fabulous service! Thoroughly enjoyed my "Sheer Bliss" treatment. Highly recommend this lovely day spa.

Has the most amazing MIcro by Tayla the Spa Manager wow has this lady got a wealth of experience and knowledge. She’s worked on Royal Caribbean Cruise ships, Noosa Springs Spa & Novotel Twin Waters she definitely knows her stuff lots of knowledge on skin analysis to name but a few. The salon is pure luxury and you really get spoilt by the girls who all look amazing and are very courteous. Nothing is too much trouble. I also got talking to another lady who’d already had her treatment and she said she was so relaxed and for me to enjoy! Will definitely be back for a Pedicure in one of those great relaxing massage chairs. Good job Tayla and your team!🥂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
