Saltwater Eco Tours is a unique tourism company based on the Sunshine Coast or Gubbi Gubbi/ Kabi Kabi Country forging a deeper connection to Australia's Indigenous culture through unique marine experiences on board a beautifully restored heritage listed vessel.
Operating on the peaceful waterways of the Mooloolah River the company is the first of its kind, combining culture, maritime history, native foods and incredible live music experiences.

Simon, Nathan and Nicki were great, it was a fun and friendly atmosphere.
We enjoyed the live music, and the weather was perfect.

A calm and relaxing experience. Beautiful unique boat. The sky answered the didgies call. Check the weather patterns in the pics.

Loved our cruise on “Spray of the Coral Coast”. The owner, Simon, was very informative with great local knowledge, the staff were lovely and the Bush Tucker served on board was exceptional. The didgeridoo playing was also brilliant, loved the experience, and would recommend to all.

My friend and I went on the Bushtucker Cruise. It was a lot of fun with really good food and really good cocktails. The crew members were very knowledgeable and provided information on the boat we were on and other boats we saw. The crew members pointed out Croc One to us and we saw plenty of unique housing and different boats in the marina. We were treated to a didgeridoo performance by a crew member. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend this experience!

We had a fabulous day out on this stunning heritage boat. A gorgeous boat, fabulous captain and team to look after us, and the food was sensational! There was plenty of food, a mix of small plates all seasoned with bush food and very tasty. Knowledgeable crew and a lovely way to look around the Mooloolaba waters, but also get some insight into indigenous culture and use of the land and water. Highly recommended for a great day out.

Such a great idea for a date night my partner loved it. Staff were amazing and the cocktails were delicious. They had live music going whilst we cruised Mooloolaba river at sunset. Can’t get much better for a beautiful Friday afternoon experience. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend the Bush Tucker Cruise as a must do.
The food was delicious, the vessel was amazing, the staff were so helpful and friendly.
I learnt so much about the local people, their culture and how knowledgeable they are about nature and their environment. We could learn a lot from our first nation people if only we took the time to listen.

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed these couple of hours on the Mooloolah river. Very relaxing, pleasant way to sedately venture into the local waterways. Food was good. Got a nice smattering of info during the trip. I went with older members of my family ( retirees ) and they had a lovely time.
