A beautiful memorial park with lovely shady areas and seating. The fountain was very pretty and the grounds were easy to walk around

This is a really awesome place, I have been coming here for years and always looks really well kept. There is so much information on history here there is even a playground for the kids here definitely worth the visit.

I was staying on Flinders St within walking distance of Anzac Park and came across the bright lights at the fountain as I was coming down Wickham St. The fountain is the centrepiece of the park.
It was a magical place and I spent a while mesmerised by the light show. The colours change from red to blue to green, even rainbow.
There is also a gazebo inside the park and I met a friendly possum there who seemed fine with humans.
Well worth a stop off after dark.

Not only a beautiful memorial to our military personnel, but a well utilized park for events. Great place to walk along by the river, enjoy a picnic, observe the memorials, or attend an event. Beautiful fountain is the centerpiece, which is lit up at night and relaxing if taking an evening post-dinner stroll.

Such a lovely tribute with significance to our veterans. Very touching memorial in a great parkland near The Strand. Several areas to visit with plaques and fountains

Do you like indulging looking back while surrounded by a tropical reality?This place epitomizes the beauty and modernity of tropical Oz.Nearly opposite are food,drink,ices outlets.Opposite to these is the memorial with the eternal flame,plaques detailing naval events in the Pacific and nearby is the recognition of the USAF. Not a bad view seaward,either!.

A nice park to walk, explore & the box that plays recorded messages, singing the anthem is poignant to listen to. A fitting memorial to our war heroes & acknowledged their contributions to the country. Also, the water fountain ⛲️ that lights up at night that changes in different colour is therapeutic to watch. Worth a visit.

It is a sombre thing to wander any Memorials but this is beautiful and so much to see and read about, plus the recorded messages playing, singing the anthem and last post. It is really lovely. Must do.

Visited on Monday 17th September. We stopped to have a look at Anzac Park whilst on a walk along The Strand. A fitting memorial to our War Heroes.

It’s part of the Strand, a park like environment with a fountain. The eternal flame burns there also. It’s the most amazing dawn service on Anzac Day. If you walk along the Strand you will go right past the park, you can detour into it for a look.
