I have been going here for a good few years now! I have regular treatments and can find no fault with the staff. They are well trained and always friendly and inviting. The treatment rooms are always very clean. All the staff including the lovely receptionist Debbie are very knowledgeable about all the treatments on offer.

I went here to have Botox for the first time. The lady was very pleasant and professional. It was only after the procedure that I realised how inefficient and unprofessional she actually was.
After the procedure I told her that I had a spin class within the next 12 hrs and asked if that was ok and she said it was fine. I then read online that any high impact exercise should me avoided for at least 24 hrs otherwise the botox could move and make drooping eye lids.
I also told her before the treatment that I had a spa day booked and asked if that would be ok. She said it would be no problem. As I left and got in the car I thought to myself that I had better check again so I went back in and asked again and she said 'oh no you can't have a facial, or sit in a sauna'. I told her that I had already booked this, it was the first time I had off in a year after having a baby. She told me that it was fine to have the facial as long as they only massaged half my face?!?!?.
She left me with a forehead that was wrinkle free in the centre but with wrinkles on each side. It looks really strange. I went back to show her as I was so unhappy and she couldn't have got me out of there quick enough. At first she said she couldn't do the sides as my eye may droop. Then she said I would need filler for another £150 and then she said she could put more botox in the sides but only the next time I had a paid session. I then said 'but I thought you said I couldn't as my eye would droop' and she said 'well maybe we can do it and it will be fine’.
I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH that you should avoid this salon and woman. She has since changed her salon name to S and S beauty. I wonder why she had to change the name, maybe because the amount of bad reviews online have been mounting up!!!! PLEASE PLEASE don’t go there!

Tried for two weeks to make contact and it kept going to answer phone. Someone in Sunningdale finally answered the phone to tell me the she was on holiday until the 17th of February, this was the beginning of February. I waited until she came back and when we spoke she told me she could do Saturday, this was for the Henley shop. I said if that was the only day, I would re arrange everything to be there. We arranged to meet at 3pm. The day before, she rang me to say she could not make it. I was very annoyed as I had re arranged everything. After a heated exchange,she said she could be there by 4pm, so once again, I cancelled something to be there later in the day. I drove the 32 miles and arrived at 3.40 only to receive a phone call to say she was running late and would be another half an hour late which meant she would not arrive until 4.30pm. I was so angry, I just said forget it and I cancelled. The customer care is shocking and there is no respect for peoples time whatsoever. Don't waste your time or money..... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Amazing professional service, Sharmi was very caring and professional my thread veins have amazingly gone. I will always now and highly recommend Sharmi Joseph she's very experienced and made me feel so calm. Thank you for changing my life I feel so confident even after the first day.

I first went to Sharmi Joseph in Windsor over 25 years ago and I can say that the high standard of customer service has always been the same. In later years I've been having treatments from Sharmi herself. She is a very sweet and gererous person who always helps me to relax in her safe hands. Her staff, like her, are always very helpful, polite and friendly. If you are looking for a first class beauty salon then I can highly recommend this one.

I recently attended a spa day at Sharmi Joseph in sunningdale. We arrived at the beauty place, had to ask twice to be served. The treatment rooms were cramped but aside from these minor annoyances, the attitude of the owner was absolutely disgusting.
I have never before witnessed such atrocious customer service. I queried my bill and she actually shouted at me whilst stood in her tiny, cramped reception! She was aggressive and rude, she even went so far as to call me a liar. She just starting ranting about her daughter Tanja totally out of context.
Don't waste your money going here, there are lots of lovely beauty clinics in the area where you are actually treated with a little respect. She does not deserve any business.
