Its definitely something everyone should do given the opportunity. Its an emotional day out but the tour guides and drivers are spot on. Also, the offered lunch was surprisingly good for the value and would definitely get it again.

Brilliantly organised, picked us up from the hotel even though it wasn’t on the hotel list! I recommend the tour to anyone really hits hard and shows the true horrors of those times.

Excellent service pickup on time the driver a lovely friendly person our tour guide was amazing explained everything so well the tour very good emotional but definitely have to see would definitely recommend this tour company

Excellent guide who was very respectful and informative. Small mini bus which some may find a tight squeeze in the back but it did the job.

Very easy experience with this booking. Driver picked me up nice and early, then at Auschwitz had clear instructions for what we had to do. Tour guide was great and super knowledgeable. Tour felt well paced and not rushed, and we finished up around 12pm so had about 3 hours as the full tour

Auschwitz was very informative and very eye opening just as everything I’d read but birkeneau was very disappointing as there were giant tents/marquees over the important bits as tv crews were there getting ready for the liberation day event on 27th jan
Apparently this happens every year so I don’t think trust pilots should be selling these tours when you can only actually do 50% of it!!

Excellent guide with very thorough knowledge of events. Unfortunately the visit was too rushed - I believe double the amount of time at least is necessary.

The car trip was very comfortable with 8 in total passengers. The guided tour of Auschwitz was excellent and so informative. We had the same guide for Birkinau camp - very informative with short time for looking by yourself and reflection. I, personally, would have liked 20 to 30 minutes longer for this period by myself.

Had a lovely trip the driver was so lovely picked us up in time.. and was always around and found you when looking for the taxi the guide was very good too

Hola, sabe alguien si se puede llegar a auschwitz desde cracovia, sin hacer un tour en grupo, pues vamos en familia y somos 4 personas, pero una tiene movilidad reducida y va en silla de ruedas, hay la posibilidad de un taxi o bus económico, que deje en la puerta?

Hi. When at the camp. Can we leave the tour if we need to use the toilet and then go back to them or are they very strict on leaving your tour guide? I believe the first tour is two hours without a break?

It would be very difficult to leave the tour as you walk about 2 kms and the loos would;d be a long way away from you!

Go directly to the company who you have booked the tour with. Depending on where you are staying, they will give you instructions.

Hi There, There is a small kiosk at Auschwitz but i recommend taking food items etc with you as if you are on a guided tour you wont get much time to queue. The company i used did offer to provide packed lunches (at a small cost) too.

Si. Hay guías de muchas nacionalidades y español es una opción. La guía que acompañó a nuestro grupo era polaca, pero hablaba español con muy buen nivel.

hi 4 of us are visiting in December and wanted to leave this tour until our last day , we also fly home this day at 7.20pm so think we would need to be in the airport about 6pm ish so just wondered what was the return time of this trip back to Krakow just to see if we have time on the day we leave .

Hi, me and my partner are visiting Auschwitz on the 1st October. We have not booked this yet as we would like to do the unguided tour but the option says unavailable. Does anyone know why this might be or how to go about booking an unguided tour? TIA

Hi, we had booked the tour for 31st March, but now that obviously won't be possible. Please advise who I need to contact for a refund, with contact details. We very much hope to rebook once it is safe to travel again. Many thanks.

You will need to get on to the tour operator that you booked with. They usually include the admission fee into the museum. Hope this helps
