We had a few questions and the young lady was very helpful. They also had some nice authentic handicrafts that were sold at a good price, not the usual tacky stuff at other tourist shops.

Centrum znajduje się w budynku przy ulicy prowadzącej od jeziora Bohinj na południowy-wschód w kierunku miejscowości Laski Rovt i Polje. Można tutaj uzyskać różnego rodzaju informacje turystyczne, nabyć bezpłatne mapy okolicy, kupić pamiątki, przewodniki i pocztówki. Do dyspozycji turystów są dwa komputery z bezpłatnym dostepem do internetu oraz bezpłatne wifi. Aby tutaj dotrzeć jadąc od strony Bledu trzeba minąć kościół Jana Chrzciciela (z lewej), wjechać na kamienny most a za nim od razu skręcić w lewo. Po minięciu zielonego skweru z lewej z pomnikiem Czterech Odważnych Ludzi zobaczymy po prawej stronie ulicy długi budynek, w którym znajduje sie centrum.

It is quite a large place with many souvenirs on sales. I could ask for informations regarding the walk to Mostnica Gorge. The staff are helpful. There is free wifi here. There are a few cafes nearby and it is next to the sheltered bus stop for buses going back to Lake Bled.

Wij verbleven in een van de appartementen die verhuurd worden door het info center. We hadden wat technische en medische probleempjes en daar heeft het info center ons zeer goed bij geholpen. Hier werken mensen met plezier in hun werk en die de klant echt belangrijk vinden!

I visited this center on a Sunday, when my mobile was out of power. They kindly offered me to connect it and leave it for a time to charge.
I've seen there many prospects and I think they can give you good information about the Bohinj place.

Tourist office was open even on January, 1. They will give you some brochures and information you ask for. Place is not just an informational spot. It is small shop where you can find local cheese, Bohinj sausages, honey and some drinks. They also sell clothes (wool) and souvenirs of all kinds. Office is in the building of Mercator shop and post office, near the central parking in Ribčev laz.

Si trova sull'altro lato della strada rispetto al "monumento ai 4 uomini coraggiosi", in un locale molto ampio che sembra più un grande magazzino di abbigliamento, souvenir e gadget (tra l'altro, venduti a prezzi non proprio abbordabili). Il banco dedicato alle informazioni è sempre abbastanza affollato ed ha disponibilità di mappe e depliant della zona. Personale abbastanza cortese ma frettoloso.
