This was just a lovely experience, made even better by our wine hostess, Kincso. The wines were great and she was very, very knowledgable about their wines. Her English was fantastic. Go here and taste…especially their Bull’s Blood, a Hungarian speciality.

Not an everyday winery, twisted into a fairytale robe.
Excellent wines, fantastic food and great service.
For those who are in the vicinity of Eger and want a really good wine tasting and cellar visit, I highly recommend it!

It was a lovely visit in an unusual and out of this world quarry setting. The owner was warm and welcoming and charming. Unfortunately I could not taste anything because I was driving. Nevertheless, my friend could and we left with six bottles in the boot of my car.

Bolyki is a SUPER cool winery with great wine tasting and cheese and ham plate. 100% recommend that people visiting Eger go. The winery itself is cut into rock, and is really cool to walk around and explore. The owner/founder gave us a tour, showed us the cellars, and walked us through 10 of their wines, all of which were DELICIOUS! Must visit!

If you plan a get-together with friends or family in Eger, this extraordinary place will serve all your needs. The wine is great, the service is welcoming and the location is second to none. The tasting hall is carved into rhyolite tuff and the main event venue is kind of a missing cube in the hill, I've never seen such forum before. We planned for a long night there, thus booked in advance. We were lucky with the timing, the owner, Janos Bolyki was our host for the winery tour, he also joined our table for the wine tasting. We had beautiful wines that night, accompanied by their cheese and ham board. They all speak decent English and were always there to share a story.

The winery is well presented with a great tasting room and wide selection of wines 🍷. The road leading to the winery is very misleading but open up to a cool, funky winery in the hillside. The staff are super helpful.

Geri a legnagyobb tanár! Köszönjük a jól tartást es a figyelmes kiszolgálást. A borok finomak, a címkék pszichedelikusak és találóak voltak.

Maga a tulajdonos szolgált ki és vezetett körbe minket,aki nagyon kedves,közvetlen és szerény volt. Sajnos csak átutazóban voltunk,így bort kóstolni és hosszabb időt eltölteni nem tudtunk,de mindenképp visszatértünk. Gratulálunk a helyhez és a borokhoz.

We tasted some good wines. The staff was helpful and talkative. The environment calm and beautiful. We recommend to visit it.
