Right in the center of the city, you'll find this park. A big are with lots of trees and shade and with benches to site before you continue your journey to one of the other interesting point of Szeged.

Gradska kuća je novijeg datuma, gradjena je posle velike poplave kada je reka Tisa uništila skoro čitav grad. Pleni svojom monumentalnošću i krovom od žolnai keramike. Gradjena je u stilu madjarske secesije.

美しい公園で、像がたくさんあって、これを見て回るのも楽しいし、市庁舎も素敵です。あと、ベネチアのため息橋を彷彿させるため息橋がこの広場にもあります。お見逃しなく。

The days were hot and this is an oasis in the middle of downtown. With large trees everywhere and benches to rest, this park was a very nice spot to sit and enjoy an ice cream. I went to the fountain many times to refresh my arms and neck from there. We took the trolley back to our lodging from there. That is where the little-city-train departs every hour. It is particularly busy when the sun goes down. You see couples,families, elderly coming to enjoy their City Park. Just a lovely site!

The central perimeter of the market is a pedestrian park, where you will meet traders with traditional products. The most important points to visit in this market are - Szeged City Hall and, immediately nearby, the statue of Tisza Lajos and the statue of King Bela IV. Oh, don't forget about the Bridge of Sighs.

Ráfér a felújítás és térrendezés a parkra.Ha van valamilyen rendezvény pl. borfesztivál vagy egyéb esemény, akkor benépesül és nagyon élvezetes. Hangulatos, árnyas nyáron a nagy melegben.

Try to match your calendar with a festival in Szeged. The square is a popular venue for festivals and not to be missed, with or without festivals. Stunning flowers in summertime, just a beautiful place and easy to reach with public transport. Comfy shoes and a camera are essential.

The parks in front of the city hall are wonderful, as it the building itself. The wine festival was here in the end of May which added lots of charisma and character.
