You Guys Are Awesome we had a great time there,Views while biking are amazing,all the spots stop are great view, great info, Our tour guide is David, hes great very nice and accomodating, even alwqys offer to take pics of us ans he takes great pics also, we will def come back there to do this tour again and bring some friends and family.

Day of tour had a gale warning so we contacted them the day before to see if we could move tour. No response but there phone number and address day of. Tried calling, no answer. Don't recommend.

Definitely the way to go to see a lot of monuments in a short amount of time. Josh was an excellent tour guide. Recommend you bring gloves if the weather is cold.

Our guide gave everyone a chance to get comfortable on the segways before we headed out. They limit the group to 8 so it’s more personable. There are opportunities to stop and look around and take pictures. It’s a great way to see a lot and get the lay of the land without wearing out. We had a great experience!

This bike tour is the best way to really see and hear about the monuments and surrounding official buildings! We did it on our first day and our tour guide, Joe, not only gave facts and history, but also helped us understand the layout of this area so we could really navigate the rest of our trip well. Thanks Unlimited Bikes and Joe! AND they even found my son’s inhaler, that he left in the bike bag, and were able to retrieve it the next day!

I enjoyed the overview of the Capitol area and doing it by bike was fun. I think tail lights or reflectors on the back of the bikes would have made it safer. Or better yet, the ride could have been done in daylight. At times, it was hard to hear the guide. She could have worked harder to project her voice or she could have positioned herself in the middle of the group.

Joe and Josh were great on the Segway Tour! It was a fabulous way to see the monuments in DC! I would highly recommend them!

We had the best time on our Segway tour! Our guide, Josh, made sure we felt comfortable riding and maneuvering the Segways before we began our tour. He was very helpful in teaching us how to ride them as well. We had a great time because the guided tour is so comprehensive. We hit all the major monuments in DC (e.g. White House, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial) and since we had some extra time at the end, Josh took us around the tidal basin so we could see the MLK and Jefferson Memorials. Josh also took some time at each stop to provide background information/history about the monument so we learned a ton as well. Overall, highly recommend this as a fun way to explore and learn so much about DC. Josh was an excellent guide who helped to make this tour even better. 10/10! Thanks for a great experience!

Great tour! Perfect pace, great tour guide, beautiful sites! My teen and I loved this tour! I highly recommend for families and adults w/o kids alike!

We had a blast on our Segway adventure! I’ve always wanted to ride one, and what a great way to quickly see and learn about many of the most popular sites in DC! Josh was a great teacher and quickly had a bunch of first timers confidently cruising the National Mall and surrounding areas. He was informative, helpful and entertaining. 10/10 would recommend!!!

We saw a couple of tandem bikes at the shop and they were offered to us since our boys were 8. The boys each ended up with their own bikes and they were fine as the tour guide will go at your pace.

Do you recommend the 10am tour of the monuments or the 2:30pm tour? Thinking I should hit a museum in the morning when lines are shorter but not sure how congested it gets in afternoon.

I would personally go for the earlier tour as well. Hard to work around the crowds if you are new to segways!

Planning a visit for mid-April. If we make reservations for the Bike the Monuments at Night tour for a specific date and the weather doesn't cooperate,like if it rains, would we be allowed to reschedule to a different evening??

We had this happen to us last July...they allowed us to reschedule and were very accomodating.
