Buyer beware. Their return policy is pro corporate. They are exploiting customers that have well needed money. You wont get any help from the store personnel and less from anyone in a "management" role.
A really poor choice in today's economic climate.
Give your money to someone else who treats you with decency. Many of the other better quality vendors in the Snowmass Mall do not have the same rules.
Stay away from the store and Ricky.

Aspen has an excellent ski school with small group size and passionate + knowledge instructors. The rate is competitive. The lesson/clinic is worth your money and time to take your skiing skills to the next level.

What a bargain - we spend most of the day on Aspen man, great gondola ride and sooooo picturesque views. We had a great lunch at the ski lodge and then walked around. Great for the young and old - but better if you are mobile.

Amazing and worth every penny. The organisation is excellent and teachers are brilliant. Nice small classes, equal amount of teaching and fun. A must for your trip what ever level skier you are.

I enjoyed my Gondola ride up the Aspen mountain the ride was smooth and quick. The attendants on the bottom were very helpful and the same can be said when I reached the top. So glad I got a chance to ski this beautiful mountain.

Why only 4 stars if my subject line is:"Brilliant ski resort"? Please allow me to expain this is due to the price of the liftpass. The price isreally to high. Compared to any resort in the zeuropean Alps this is almost or more than twice the price. Too much definitely if you only ski one day

Everyone should ski Aspen, same as everyone should attend the Masters, that’s the class its in. Skied two days here and one day at its sister Snowmass. Snowmass is easier, more blues, but personally I feel its not as quaint and the quality of Aspen.

Between Aspen Mountain which is challenging, Buttermilk with its easy beginner slopes and Aspen Highlands and Snowmass which combine the two, it is a great place to ski. Check around as the group rates are much better than the the $159 per day lift ticket.

this place made a remarkable impact to my travels since it made me do my first ever ski experience. the staff who assisted me is really helpful and patient. as a newbie I never felt scared since I know there are staff and guides looking after their guests.
