Tyrone, our driver, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and safe, driving us from Placencia to Belize City. HOWEVER, he made a big deal about offering us the choice of the quicker route or the longer way, without letting on that the longer Hummingbird Highway was a famous "don't miss" for Belize. We're incredibly bummed that we missed this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It put a cloud over our whole trip.

We used BZ three or four times and each time they were right on time. They are a family run business and we had all three brothers drive us and all were very good drivers and lots of fun. A special thank you to Dion for a most entertaining and informative drive. You can book and pay online which worked well and can be trusted. They are also super responsive with any communication you send them.

Denny's was super professional, keep checking on the arrival of our flight, as it was late. His driver was great, Pointing to different sites and telling us stories . But the best part is how Denny got my back.I hire him back to take us from Guatemala border to our Bed and Breakfast in Belize. We had no problem crossing the border then we waited for our ride, after 15 min I called him and he said he'll be there in 15 minutes. Well what I did not realize is that I booked him for the day after, so without a cringe his driver arrived, and man was I happy!! Denny you rock. You got our back and I'm very thankful that you care and follow up with your clients!

We were lucky enough to have same driver for 4 trips and Kenny was fantastic… careful,, on time, informative.

I was unsure how to get from chutumal mexico to belieze city. BZ transport laid it all out for me. They are so easy to deal with. The service from the Belieze boarder to the city was so stress free. Our driver Dion was a very good driver. So friendly and a wealth of knowledge. It was so pleasant to do this journey with him.
I highly recommend for you trips to belieze.

Excellent service, very responsive and helpful! We had a group of 12 people and needed a transfer from Philip Godson to the water taxi terminal. They were on time (early, actually) waiting with my name on a sign outside the terminal (very easy to find and communicated while we were in transit), brought 2 vans for the group (no extra charge), handled our bags, and both drivers were impromptu tour guides on the way, teaching us all sorts of things about Belize and Belize City. The trip was comfortable and easy. I had them set up for a return transfer and had to cancel that last minute, and it was no issue at all. Cannot recommend them highly enough. And they were significantly cheaper than the other options! Don't let the scarcity of online reviews / online presence worry you, they are a great choice for transportation in Belize.

Booked a shuttle for my family of four last minute to transfer from the water taxi terminal to the airport in Belize City (BZE). The booking was organized through WhatsApp, reservationist was very responsive, when we arrived the driver was waiting, courteous and the trip to the airport was smooth and comfortable. All at very reasonable and competitive pricing.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Denny and Dion were so friendly and easy to deal with. They were always on time and even early, which took the stress out of our vacation. They really understand how to treat their guests. They will never leave you hanging. They gave us great recommendations for things to do. They were knowledgable. We also booked our tours to ATM cave and Mayan ruins with Denny. His guides are excellent -- the best! Don't hesitate to book with them.
