We are two friends who were born and grew up in Morocco and are passionate about cooking. We worked as guests house managers for over ten years, where we both hosted and cooked for guests. So finally, we have decided to create our own unique experience and show people how to make typical Moroccan dishes.

Le cours de cuisine s’est très bien passé. Nous sommes allés faire quelques courses à côté de l’immeuble dans un quartier où l’on croise peu de touristes. Ensuite nous avons appris à faire le thé. Puis nous avons commencé à cuisiner. Ahmed et son ami sont extrêmement gentils et expliquent bien, pas à pas, comment il faut faire.
Nous avons préparé 3 entrées, 3 tajines et 2 plats chauds (boulettes dans la sauce tomate et des oeufs dans la sauce tomate).
Les plats étaient bons, savoureux et tout était très frais.
La cuisine est propre.
Franchement allez y les yeux fermés !

We went on this during our trip to Marrakech in October 2023 (wouldn't let me select any earlier date than March 2024 from the menu! Sorry!) - it was the best afternoon, Ahmed & Hassan were amazing and the food was spectacular! Definitely one of the best things we did on our week - and we've stayed in touch since too, every now and then. Incredible value for money - do this - you won't be disappointed!

Ahmed and Hasan were absolutely fabulous, and this trip was a highlight of our 5 days in Marrakesh. A group of 9 with couples from the UK, NL, FR and IT all worked together to create some fabulous delicious dishes. 4 tagines and 2 side dishes for our group.
Great to experience a smart home/ workshop with a great rooftop to see the views of Marrakesh. Worth every penny

Absolutely amazing experience! Hassan and Ahmed and their cooking class was just what we needed to start our Marrakech experience. We learned so much about the local culture beyond how to prepare some of the most popular dishes as well as mint tea! Highly recommend if you are looking for an authentic experience.

What an experience. From picking out the ingredients from the local markets, to feasting on a 5 course Moroccan meal under the super friendly instruction of Hassan. We all had such a fun time and learnt so much from the day. Even having the recipes sent to us via WhatsApp after the day was over.
Super good value for money, awesome communication and the content was so well presented.
Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to learn how to cook Moroccan! (and learn how to make an authentic Mint Tea!)

This was one of the highlights of our trip! Chef hassan and Ahmed were both great teachers and we really enjoyed learning about the Moroccan culture and how to cook tagines. They both got everyone involved and the dishes/recipes were amazing. Best food in Morocco!

The experience is 10/10 from start to finish. Chef Hassan and Ahmed are very welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed ourselves. It is a must-do activity in Marrakech.
The chef meet us at the meeting point, explained to us about the activity, took us shopping for vegetables and then welcomed us into his home. We made tea for our group, explained the process of making Moroccan tea and everyone talked about themselves for a while. Then everyone cooks together, and enjoys the meal and overall, it was all just a very wholesome experience.

Nice experience, Hassan and Ahmed were very kind and helpful. We shopped in a sok and then they hosted us in a beautiful house to cook. Together we cooked 4 tajines (beef with plums, meatballs with tomato sauce, chicken with olives and lemon confit and vegetarian) and 2 side dishes. Ahmed revealed all the tricks to make a real Moroccan mint tea. In the evening they sent us the recipes of the cooked dishes.

A great way to cook your own lunch and enjoy very tasty food, and learn about Morocco and some of it’s traditions too. Hassan is very calm and helpful, their house and venue for the class is very traditional and has everything you need. Collection from the meeting point and drop off were close to the venue and then incorporated the shopping on the way. Hassan starts the day with a detailed session about making mint tea which was more interesting and involved than I expected. Email of the recipes afterwards is great and I look forward to doing the recipes at home.
