When we were thinking about visiting Morocco, we already had very high expectations.. but the real trip exceeded them at all.
Morocco is incredible! We really enjoyed our stay and a big part of that belongs to the Company have assisted us.
Mohamed, aka "the 1st", planned for us the best tour to visit as much as possible in Morocco, we spent there 11 days.
Our stay in Marrakech, Fes, Chefchaouen were amazing, we had a very special impact with the story and the culture. But the unique moments lived in Merzouga (@ beautiful Desert Villa) and in the Sahara Desert made us stunned. The days spent there will live on in our memories as some of the most immersive experiences we have ever had.
There's no doubt: the main role for the success of this journey deserve to Mohamed ("the 2nd"), the best driver we could imagine to have. He really made possible to fall in love everyday more and more with the tour, by taking care of us, be helpful and kind in every need, making us feel safe and very welcome everywhere.
Some of the unmissable extra activity we have had are: adventurous Dades trekking walk with Mohamed, public hammam, henna tattoo, desert quad bike and camel ride.
If you are totally opened to live your Berber experience, you'll can't stop to think about warm welcoming of this proud and caring people. Every mint thé offered made us feel welcome guests and not just tourists.
We deeply suggest to rely on this professional Agency, all the guides will made your stay a complete and real Moroccan experience, let yourself be surprised!

Me and my family went a few weeks back in april 2023 for some excursions and was dissapointed by the staff, there was poor customer seevice and poor instructions from staff, other than that the family enjoyed and it was a good way to spend some time but the staff were a big let down

Our hot air balloon experience was a part of a very well-organized trip that exceeded all expectations. Despite the early wake-up call, every moment was worth it for the unforgettable adventure that awaited us. From the moment we were picked up to the smooth drop-off, the logistics were flawlessly executed, ensuring a hassle-free start and end to our journey.
The breakfast provided was not only delicious but also energizing, preparing us for the thrilling experience ahead. As we embarked on our hot air balloon ride, anticipation filled the air. The balloon ascended gracefully, taking us up to an astonishing height of 1000 meters. The views from above were simply breathtaking, with sprawling landscapes stretching out as far as the eye could see. The sense of freedom and serenity that enveloped us was truly indescribable.
Throughout the entire experience, the staff were exceptional. Their friendly and approachable nature, coupled with their professionalism, left a lasting impression. They ensured our safety and comfort at all times, making us feel at ease and allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the moment.

We were 6 italian friends (30-35yrs old).
Thanks to this agency we could enjoy an authentic Maroccan journey ...
The trip was organized perfectly,
The agency has satisfyied every our request.
All the Riad booked for us were beautiful,cleaned, well positioned, with super tasted breakfast.
In addition We made a lot of experiences (pubblic hammam, activities in the desert, there Was a guide for each historic sites we visited) . We had a lot of fun with our driver Mohamed Who took care for us in every single Moment of our trip and he shared so much about his culture with us. Thanks for all the people Who worked for making holydays an unforgettable TRAVEL!

We reserved the Full package for our weekend trip in Marrakech via WhatsApp (+212600643098). The package includes a hot air balloon ride, a camel ride, and a quad bike ride across the rugged desert. The hot air balloon journey was incredible, and the day was very well organized - we were picked up from our hotel and driven to each activity by a driver who had us smiling the entire time! One of the highlights was the Atlas Mountains excursion, which included lunch at a Berber house. I highly recommend it! Thank you so much for this incredible experience!

I used them for my family on our weekend break in Marrakech. We select their outdoor activities and around Marrakech, such as quad biking, hiking, hot air balloon rides, and camel excursion.
The package provided us and our children with amazing memories. A fantastic crew with excellent care, and a charming professional pilot. It is highly recommended.

I scheduled this balloon ride in Marrakech for my three girls and myself, not knowing what to expect. We were just taken away by the experience. The views are unrivaled, and the crew was kind and knowledgeable. very professional setup with high safety requirements. This is a journey that should not be skipped at any cost. Avoid less professional or less expensive choices. If you're staying in Marrakech, I highly recommend this activity. The whole trip was a dream!

Our balloon ride in Marrakech was wonderful. We contacted Mohamed using WhatsApp (+212600643098) as a family group to secure our reservation. Hassan arrived at our hotel at 6.30 a.m. and began our adventure! The sunrise above the Atlas Mountains was spectacular, and the amazing flight was followed by a great meal. The entire journey went off without a hitch, thanks to an incredible morning. Thank you so much for this incredible experience.

I'm interested in the three day tour, but I will be traveling solo. I am very interested in doing this tour but it's very expensive to do the tour alone. We arrive to Marrakech on the 30th Dec for a week, we were planning on doing the 3 day / 2 night tour to Merzouga and back to Marrakech. We are 2 adults and 2 teenagers . How much this tour cost , it is our first time to Morrocco and want to make it a memorable trip for our teenagers

I plan to take a 3 day tour from Marrakech to Fez vía Sahara desert in mid December. I wonder if the road conditions (snow, rain?) will make the 7 to 8 hour daily driving even longer. If there is any road safety concern in bad weather in winter? Thank you!

How did you pay for your excursion? They sent me an email saying to send them 50 euros via paypal and the name of our hotel. Is this how it worked for you? I am always skeptical of email and paypal. Thank you!!

Sorry for not seeing this sooner. I was very skeptical as well but I sent 50 euros via PayPal and communicated thru email the remainder of the time. They were great. I paid the balance the first night and then ripped my driver/guide when we got to our destination.
