I’ve had the pleasure of trekking with Soulful Nepal Holidays twice now, first on the Mardi Himal trek and recently to Annapurna Base Camp. Both experiences were absolutely amazing, and this is all thanks to their outstanding organization and dedicated team.
The owner, Suman, is a truly kind and approachable person who ensures everything is perfectly planned. Our guide for the Annapurna Base Camp trek, Ram, was exceptional. He handled everything flawlessly, making sure we had a smooth and worry-free journey. His expertise, patience, and attention to detail made the trek even more enjoyable

I was fortunate to randomly walk past Suman's office on the street, and after he recommended the Annapurna Circuit to me, I felt confident booking with him. I completed my trek in October, lasting about 12 days, which included transfers from Kathmandu to Besi Sahar and from Jomsom back to Pokhara. My guide, Lal, made me feel comfortable throughout the journey.
I can definitely recommend booking with Suman for the following reasons:
1. Competitive pricing compared to other agencies (based on my experience talking with other people along the trek).
2. Excellent service, with Suman always available via WhatsApp if any issues arise.
3. Well-organised, with mostly a good selection of tea houses.
4. Suman ensured my bags were sent from Kathmandu to Pokhara after my trek, even though there was a one-day delay (apparently due to a festival).
That said, I want to give an honest review, so here are a couple of areas where I think there could be improvement:
1. Transportation options: We took a minivan to Besi Sahar, which wasn’t the most comfortable. I’m not sure if there’s a better option from Kathmandu, but perhaps this could be looked into. Additionally, we took a public bus back to Pokhara from Jomsom. I would have preferred to take a shared jeep instead. Make sure to be more insistent here.
2. Lal, my guide, could upgrade on equipment-> new torch ;) but if you have your own, then it’s ok.
In a nutshell, you can also trek the Annapurna Circuit solo and save some money, however if you are not sure and planning to go with an agency and a guide then without a doubt Soulful Nepal is the one to choose here.

We were complicated clients, wanted not only Langtang and Gosainkund, but also a week in Ruby Valley, Singla Pass, which is hardly touristic developed. So there must be some camping days or nights in homestays of locals. Soulful Nepal was the only operator, that could offer this! And it was just perfect!
Our guide Subba und Porter Raj were the best you could wish, especially at the camping days. Fresh organic food from the wood fire, sunrise at Singla or Tsergo Ri - it was an unforgettable journey.

I had an amazing experience with soulful Nepal holidays. It was made effortless for me and given at a very good price compared to other companies I inquired in to. My guide Amrit was brilliant company, I had fun whilst feeling very safe. The ABC trek was incredible, we were lucky with the weather and had very good views, it was challenging but not too difficult, I met great people along the way and ate good food. I cannot stress enough using soulful Nepal holidays as well as my guide especially if this is your first time trekking in Nepal. The staff at soulful are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and eager to assist their clients and maximise the potential of their trip.

Look no further when picking your trekking and adventure company in Nepal. With the help of Suman and his team at Soulful Nepal my trip was absolutely seamless. From last minute bookings to small details Suman was always ready to assist. My experience would not have been the same without this phenomenal company. I had the privilege of doing the Everest Base Camp and Gokyo Lake, along with a relaxing 3 day trip to Chitwan. Both were simply amazing. Thank you Soulful Nepal, I will be back for more!!!!

I fell in love with Nepal with the help of Soulful and the managing director Mr Suman. I cannot recommend this company enough! We booked a trek to Everest Base camp with a return helicopter flight, luxury transport to Pokhara and a Chitwan 3D2N safari trip. Mr Suman gave us fantastic prices for these trips without any compromise on the quality of service or accommodation - everything was fantastic. We genuinely feel like we have left Nepal with new friends and hope to return one day with more of our family who we hope will be able to benefit from the same outstanding service. Thank you!

I have never felt the need to write a review before but after the amazing experience Soulful Nepal provided me and my girlfriend with I feel compelled too. Suman helped us in every way possible to create the trip of a lifetime to EBC, Pokhara and Chitwan Safari. He paired us up with our guide Ras who went above and beyond his duties. Without Ras there was no chance we would have completed the lifetime achievement of EBC. If there is a small part of you that wants to visit Nepal I urge you to act on it in all my travelling experiences I have never experienced a country with such wonderful culture and people. If you do visit I assure you Soulful Nepal will deliver whatever you need to the highest standard.

We walked into Suman’s office having an idea of the tours we wanted to do, little did we know that we would be walking out with a customized 8D/7N package to Chitwan and Pokhara at a very reasonable price.
Everything went out smoothly and as per Suman’s description. We loved the hotel stays and all the activities and transportation were perfectly coordinated.
In Chitwan, it was an all inclusive experience: food, accommodation and transportations were included. We can say we did all the tours that were available, such as canoeing in rapti river, walking through the jungle spotting rhinos, jeep safari, elephant breeding center, bird watching and tharu cultural show.
In Pokhara, we had a sightseeing day, 2D/1N trekking to Australian Camp and paragliding included.
He would text us almost daily to make sure we were having a good time and that everything was going well. I was surprised with the VIP treatment he made us feel.
I couldn’t recommend Soulful Nepal Holiday enough. If you are planning on visiting other areas than Kathmandu, I totally recommend them to have a smooth trip and feel accompanied during your days in Nepal.

The entire team is good, mainly Suman ji and Ganesh ji from Kathmandu helped us a lot wherever necessary. Ganesh ji has guided us very well with all the information and also one step ahead in taking us to good restaurants or for good shopping. Thanks a lot for helping us in making beautiful memories 😊❤️

My family and I spent a memorable 8 day holiday in Nepal. The entire trip from start to end was organised by Soulful and we were very satisfied with all the arrangements made by them.
The itinerary and places to visit suggested, the choice of hotels, the guides and cars we travelled in, were all excellent.The great thing about the trip was personal guide Pramesh who travelled with us and was outstanding, He was always so forthcoming, proactive and helpful.
Soulful team was also in constant touch with us throughout our stay and travels in Nepal ensuring we were comfortable and happy.
