Extremely disappointed with the services provided by Paradise Destination's agent 'Travel Buddy' during our recent trip to Singapore and Malaysia. While our experience in Thailand was pleasant, the transition to Singapore was lack of professionalism and care.Despite having paid for a room with a window at the Check-Inn hotel in Singapore, we were provided a room without any view. Upon raising the issue with both the hotel reception and 'Travel Buddy', we were met with indifference and neglect. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, 'Travel Buddy' remained unresponsive and uncooperative.To make matters worse, the promised buffet breakfast was reduced to a meager offering of croissants and coffee, contrary to what was agreed upon during our booking with Paradise Destination. Despite multiple complaints, no meaningful action was taken to rectify the situation. They act like trying at the last moment however the rooms were all packed. It is imperative for future travelers to confirm that 'Travel Buddy' is not the designated agent for Singapore and Malaysia when booking through Paradise Destination. While Paradise Destination itself may not be at fault, the unprofessional conduct of their representative 'Travel Buddy' has tarnished the entire experience. Disappointingly, our concerns were not addressed adequately, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with the overall service provided. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Paradise Destination's services if 'Travel Buddy' is the assigned agent for your destination.

We went to Thailand through paradise destination and it was the best trip we had, we got private vehicles for our transport and the people that we dealt were very honest and responsible.
We did have an issue in one of the hotels except that everything was smooth and with very good experience

Hi, All the teams of Paradise Destination, you guys are amazing, our entire family are very happy because we found the tour organizer like you.
From the day of beginning we feels that you guys are amazing, the polite way of talking of Guide, the clear description of historical places on the way to hotel was the first inspiration you created to us.
The trip to Annapurna Himalayas is one of the best trip in our life, we have ever been to such a memorable trip through out. Thank you so much Mr. Ganesh our guide and Thanks Mr. Keerma our porter for such a great time with us. We look forward to see you again in coming days and yes we promise Ganesh you will be a important person for us. Thanks a lot.

Paradise Destination, they don't work for money they only work for the friendship and the better relation. Yes when I book tour with them I book with their prompt reply and clear justification in each and every question. I am very proud that I am able to choose the best one.
Our guide Ganesh we just salute him, Such a loving and caring person I have ever seen. When we get sick he help us to recover with his beautiful words and he is always amazing. Closing your eyes you can trust the team and entire company.

We are looking for the trekking company around Kathmandu, but we come to know about Paradise Destination who is walking in street, as if we choose randomly we are very glad to know that we are in the right hand.
Thank you so much for the entire team, when we reach the office we find that Mr. Gabish is very helpful he make me clear about all the trip he explained all, I feel that I have already been to trek, his coordination unbelievable we are very impressed hence we confirm to go the trek.
Gabish also helps to meet our guide Ganesh he is fantastic one, During the trek he helped us very well like we are his own family. Thank you Ganesh for everything. Whenever we come to Nepal we will choose Paradise and Ganesh himself.
