De passage à Bangkok durant quelques jours, j’ai pu facilement participer à un cours de hot yoga. Le personnel était très accueillant. La prof a été très attentionnée envers moi durant le cours car je lui avais expliqué n’avoir jamais suivi de cours de hot yoga. Je recommande vivement ce lieu.

Very nice and clean place it'a 90 minute class and you get the greatest workout for the day ,if you can do it in the morning it s the best because you will have all this energy for the day

My favourite Bangkok yoga studio. There's a really good range of styles, and the teachers are hands down the best I've met - very supportive for beginners and always encouraging and supporting more experienced practitioners into more advanced postures. My yoga practice has improved massively since coming here and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Plus the studio space is beautiful, and let's not forget the lovely staff! especially the handsome young guy at the back office.

excellent detox after nights out on the town in bangkok; funnily the studio isn't far from soi cowboy one of the go go bar areas; great staff, mint studio, newly renovated, hot but not unbearable; should try!
