‪Transport to and from BKK to riverside hotel‬

‪The next time I’m in Bangkok, I’m definitely contacting Knot for transport to and from the airport to my hotel. He responded quickly (including to a pick up time change) and the driver arrived early - very comfortable vans. Everything flowed seamlessly and his instructions made navigating BKK much easier.‬

‪I cannot rate this service highly enough. It was far easier to book a taxi in Bangkok than it was to transport us to the airport in England! Punctual, great communication and very comfortable car.‬

‪This is the worst service I have ever hired. I clearly communicated my booking requirements, which included a total of 7 cars for airport pick-up and drop-off. I specifically asked for the rate and a photo of the approved car, which they provided and I agreed upon. However, upon pick-up, they provided an old and dirty van with weak air conditioning. I requested the newer version we had previously agreed on for the airport drop-off, but they sent an even older model instead. None of my instructions were followed.

To make matters worse, the check engine light in the van was constantly on, and the speedometer was broken. The driver continuously used his phone while driving recklessly, causing the car to swerve. My brother had to intervene and tell him to put his phone down.

When booking multiple cars from a company, it is reasonable to expect a package or discount as you are requesting a significant amount of vehicles. However, I never received any discount paid full price for all the cars, despite receiving the worst quality vehicles imaginable.

If you are willing to risk your safety, then go ahead and book with them. They use different company names but only 1 contact number , so be careful. Their number ends in 6939‬

‪Taxi transfer from Bangkok airport to hotel (both ways)‬

‪Pre booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Both were very smooth. Very good communication and all instructions were sent a day or 2 before. No issues at all. Would highly recommend without hesitation. Price was very good too.‬
