‪Bangkok Airport is a great place for travelers! It's huge and well organized, with plenty of facilities and services. It's easy to find your way around, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The lounges are comfortable and well-equipped, and there's an array of dining options to suit any taste. Overall, it's an excellent airport to fly in and out of. Highly recommended!‬

‪Hello Bangkok!!‬
‪Welcomed me at the airport. Driver was very quiet but car was very clean. I would recommend for future travellers and I would use them again.‬

‪Train and floating market‬

‪Tour guides English was terrible. In a rush for everything. Did not get to walk around train market. Was told we would be paddled around canals which we were not. Had to pay extra for that. Had a bit of time in floating market. But rushed us to leave. Very disappointed ‬

‪I cannot recommend Air Asia from Chiang Mai airport. What was supposed to be a 2 hour flight ended up taking me from noon to 7:30 pm before I arrived at my hotel in Phuket. Air Asia system is so disorganized and inefficient. I arrived at 12:30 pm for a 2:45 pm flight and after standing n line was told I was too early. I went a grabbed a bite and went back to line which was now about 50 people deep. Once I reached the counter I weighed my check in bag and was told it was 18 kg and would cost me $58 USD. You did not want to argue so said ok and then was told to now take my weighed bag to another line to be X-rayed. After doing so I was directed to a different counter where I had to wait to pay my $58. From there was told domestic flights were upstairs. I proceeded to go up and went through TSA. I was then directed that the gates for domestic were downstairs! So I went downstairs. After waiting a measurable time (flight now almost an hour delayed) we we finally allowed to board, not our plane but a big shuttle that was standing room only and took us to the plane Now raining we finally got on plane to be told they had to refuel and would have to wait till rain stopped! 7.5 hrs for 2 hr flight. NEVER AGAIN!!‬

‪Highly recommended Had not used them before, usually went downstairs to get a taxi, but the cost was only marginally more and the advantage was that I was met immediately coming out of the customs hall, and, although understanding I may have to share, I was the only passenger in a comfortable car, and the driver was , how shall I put it, less adventurous than the typical Thai taxi driver. I will definitely use them in future.‬

‪Best comfortable ride and it was 1 am when I got in. They had a sign with my name on it and waited patiently. I was so glad to see the lady waiting for me as I was so tired. This was a great experience.‬

‪Great service but finding the correct location was complicated. Read your email or contact them so that way you can organize where the correct location is. What they provide shows two difference locations.‬

‪Flight delayed, Lost Money‬

‪I would like to give this a 5 ⭐️ review, but unfortunately we never received service. Our flight was delayed in Los Angeles by an hour, which resulted in us not getting to our transfer flight, so we didn’t make it to Bangkok at the time I originally booked. I contacted the operator about the delay prior to our pickup time, but unfortunately they said “they couldn’t do anything about it” and to get transportation via taxi.

Considering flight delays are common, it’s unfortunate this company doesn’t accommodate for such delays.‬
