My wife and I have been visit Ai Sa Waan over the past 7 years frequently for Thai massage.
Ai Sa Waan is one of the best massage place in Bangkok.
The Golden House is very nice, the massage quality is very good and with a premium charge compared to other massage places.
Since 2-3 years it is to complain that the girl working in reception is so bad and rude.
She is not welcoming or give a smile; mostly angry at all the time.
At last Saturday, the receptionist gave us to understand that kids are not welcome at Ai Sa Waan.
In follow it gets an exchanges of bad words.
Also in knowledge of other guests of Ai Sa Waan we cannot recommend this massage place anymore and will give a warning to new guests.
The management has to react.
This receptionist needs to be fired off, before all customers will run away.

I came in with my girlfriend and ask for foot and shoulder massage. The receptionist wearing a pair of glasses were damm super rude and attitude! I ask her about the package. Just to double check what she said and what I understand are the same. I check with her again and she gave me a super impatient attitude. I can Understand if I ask her 3 or four times or i ask stupid question! She don’t even bother to show me to the massage chair I will be seated. She said you go there! While waiting for the massage therapist to come! I saw her smiling n chatting happily with her Collegaue at the counter! What the hell! My face look annoying? My first time to ai sa waan, I would not recommend you here as the receptionist would ruin your day, her annoying attitude will definitely ruin yr day! She must understand that she is in service line If she is not happy with her job or working here, she should change her job.
She should be fired off! Customer don’t deserve this type of attitude!

Price but worth it. Nice please, friendly staff and great massage. Only if a bunch of Chinese Tourist swap in it gets loud - to loud but that’s because the have no idea what correct behavior is.

Foot massage skill was amazing and at affordable price. Definitely will be back again to try the other massage services. Comfortable and quiet environment

My wife and I have been visiting Ai Sa Wan massage for at least 6 years. The service is still just as good, be it a one-hour foot massage or a full Thai massage.
Firstly, the prices haven’t changed, despite being post-Covid and the fact that Thailand is just recovering from the economic impact on its tourism sector. Our favourite is the 750 Baht 90 minutes Thai body massage. Price-wise, perhaps one can find a slightly cheaper one elsewhere, but honestly the attention they pay to the privacy of the private room massage for a couple is good.
Massage quality is also very good because the masseuse are sensitive to one’s level of pain tolerance and they effectively releases many of my tight muscles.
Summary- not the cheapest around, but is worth the money.

Had amazing Thai massages here! They were able to accommodate us last minute when most spas were fully booked. Got a very clean room, and both masseuses were professional and used just the right amount of strength. Would love to be back!

Came in for foot massage. It is supposedly a good place and the charges are a bit premium compared to other places. Just that I was given a very rude and sour faced massuer, number 46. Totally spoilt my massage. Thank you Ai Sa Wan.

Clean place. Nice location. Very friendly staff. OMG-level massage!!! We got the 1-hr Foot Massage + 1-hr Aromatherapy Massage. Both massages were probably the best I ever had! I'm not kidding! After our session, my wife and I were discussing when we'll come back to Bangkok just to have a massage again. Haha! ☺

My friend I and I decided to go Ai Sa Waan before we check out. It was recommended by the hotel reception. It was early in the morning at 10.30am. We are the only customers there. We decided to try out the 1 hour Thai massage plus 1 hr foot massage. The foot massage was average, not the best I had but is acceptable. The Thai massage is definitely good. We really enjoy it and will definitely go back there again
