‪We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Mr Boonpo had arranged a commuter van for us in pattaya and Bangkok. The service was excellent, decent English speaking drivers and were reporting well before time. ‬

‪Our ride to the hotel‬

‪We booked the transfer form airport to hotel in Bangkok. Our flight was delay ,We not sure for how long. I have message Mr,Boonpo. He message us back right away not to worry. There will be someone at the airport waiting for us. The lady greeting us at the airport very friendly. She offer us water and ask if need to use the restroom. She walk us to the car. The SUV very clean. The driver is friendly and helping us with the luggage. He offer us the water and asking us all the questions. We going back to Thailand again in 2025. We will use VBT service again. Thank you Mr.Boonpo and his team ‬

‪Very professional service‬

‪Mr Boonpo, arranged all our transfers and tours from Bangkok to Hua Hina to Pattaya and back to Bangkok.

He also arranged for a private driver for several self guided tours which saved us heaps.

He responded to all our emails, sent reminders the day before all pickups and was at the pre-agreed price no surprises.

Highly recommend ‬

‪We have enjoyed a few days in Bangkok and to get the most out of our stay , we decided to hire the services of VanBangkoktours because Boonpo offered us an exclusive car for ourselves and with the possibility of choosing the destinations and excursions; with the option of being at our service in a totally flexible way, 4, 5, 6 or 10 hours depending on our needs. The quality-price ratio is unbeatable given that they are very competitive prices. If you are organizing a trip to Bangkok, do not be afraid to ask them for a quote because your trip will be more comfortable and you will be able to visit all the places you prefer without limits. Our rating is 10/10.
PD: the driver Mr. X has been very nice 👌

‪Nice reliable van service‬

‪We are from Indonesia and travelled in a big group of 10 (which included 5 children). We used VBT to take us from Don Mueang Airport to a hostel near Lumphini, then from Bangkok to Pattaya and back. Overall, we had a satisfying experience. The van is spacious and comfortable to fit us all in. The drivers were friendly. The admin was quick, responsive and communicative. The rate was also reasonable. I highly recommend VBT for point-to-point pick-up van service especially if you are travelling in large group in Thailand so you can avoid all the hassle of taking train or bus.‬

‪Glad we found them on Tripadviser. I highly recommend their services to everyone, they are professional and the customer representative respond very quick. All transfers were without delays, the driver served us is very friendly, professional, van is very good and comfortable. I will definitely use their services on my next trip to Thailand.‬

‪Great service received by all of our drivers.
We had a number of trips booked short and long and the drivers were so accommodating of any stops we wanted to make, wait times and last minute changes.
