삼왕상 광장 건너편에 있는 란나 민속박물관의 한구석에 있는 비교적 작은 2층 건물이다. 2층을 전시실로 사용하며 1층은 휴게실인 곳으로, 갤러리답게 주제를 갖춘 사진 전시를 하고 있는 곳으로 보인다. 무료이므로 편하게 둘러볼 수 있다.

This is a free attraction located across the Three Kings Monument. The exhibits keep changing. The photographs show us the Thai history and culture from different angles. A must see for those interested in history and photography.

A great alternative way to learn about Thai culture. Exactly what that might be depends on what they are showing but it's free so why not check it out?
We viewed the thesis exhibition for the art graduates. Some stunning photos and interesting perspectives on Thai life from the students.
Note: TripAdvisor is not showing the correct location. This is just behing the Folklife Museum which is in the building complex across the road to the east of the Three Kings Monument.

As with any exhibition, it depends what's on - as to how much you enjoy it. When we went there was a mixed exhibition with many good quality photographs.
However, when I went to their facebook page for more information, I found it out of date and uninformative.
Pictures were well presented, and the building is a lovely, cool temperature. It's not big, so most exhibitions would not take long to go round. Two floors.
It's next door to the Lanna Folklife Museum, opposite the 'Three Kings' so very convenient. And entry is free.
Well worth a visit if you're in that area or visiting the nearby museums.

Chiang Mai House of Photography, also referred to as ‘the Blue House’ behind the Lanna Folk Museum, is a nice break from the usual tourist stops whether you are a photography buff or not. The displays change making it a repeat visit place if you are in Chiang Mai longer term. When visiting, the gallery is upstairs and reached by stairs on the right side. It is well marked. The building itself is charming and pleasant to linger in as you view the photos.

三王像広場からすぐのところにあるチェンマイ大学の関係する写真公開スペース。タイ北部の文化の情報発信を映像を通じて行っています。資料（写真類）はチェンマイの歴史的なものからコンテンポラリーなものまでみることができます。また敷地内におしゃれなカフェも併設しています。

The Chiang Mai House of photography is something you should definitely pop in to see while there.
It's pretty small, but very charming. The layout of the exhibition rooms are very cool and have a great flow, and the photography itself is great.
It won't take you long to wander through, but you are left alone to do it at any pace you please and there is no entrance charge. I left feeling very relaxed and highly inspired.

Went to the Lanna museum then the house of photography. It's well worth going in for 15/20mins. C as my god OMG as its free

Perfect place to jump in for 15 minutes after a visit to Lanna folklife museum. Go down the alley right to the museum.
