Spent a few afternoons enjoying delicious fresh mojitos at this fab bar! It's a perfect spot to chill on the relaxing sofa beds, enjoy the sea breeze and forget your cares.

found this place by accident....about 1 month before i left koh samui, thailand....but was there most days right upto the day before i left.....
was so relaxing and the staff are great......so comfy on the floating beds and sofas.....almost fell asleep with the sound of the ocean and the chilled tunes playing....a must visit....plus its not expensive compared to the bars on the beach.

While the bar floats only a few steps from the beach, it offers a totally different experience! The one we were at is called Mojito Island (I believe there are 3 on Ko Samui now) and is owned and run by Peter Snelson. The slight movement of the waves gives you a feeling of being on a boat, all while floating in 2 feet of water! With limited space (max about 12 people) conversation amongst guests is encouraged. It is a great way to meet people while enjoying a delicious drink on the water! Drinks are resonably priced, and buy 2 get one free all day! While Mojitos are the specialty, they also have beer and gin and lemonade. We noticed a LOT of people taking pics while walking by. Next time stop in for a drink, you will not regret it!

Great venue near Amari hotel. Perfect afternoon chill with friends with very decently priced drinks and attentive staff. Will be back again!
