Really cruel place!
part of the trip was an elephant ride. The guys before us had to stop the guide leading the elephant beating him on the head. We then said no we objected.
Another elephant was changed in a small shed to do tricks etc. The whole vibe of the place is old school cruel attraction. Place is simply tacky

This place was horrible! Came here as part of a City tour! The baby elephant although cute was chained up and seemed starving for the bananas which we bought to feed him, then the trekking was a disgrace! Rubbish everywhere, you go around in Circle twice, the keeper did get off half way to hose him down due to the heat of the sun but also hit him with the metal stick several times unnecessarily!
Avoid this place at all costs!

Je déconseilles au plus au point, c’était l’activité la plus attendu par ma fille pour son anniversaire, l'activité commence avec une balade à dos d’éléphant la femme montes sur l’éléphant elle le scarifie pour qui l’avance nous n’avons pas pu descendre durant la balade sécurité nous obligeant à finir, nous lui avons dit d'arrêter de le maltraiter il saigné de la tête, arrivée nous avons demandé une photo avec l’éléphant en famille avec notre portable 100bath alors que l'activité est déjà très chère. Il nous propose ensuite une photo qu’ils ont pris eux 200bath. Nous avons quitté sans finir l'activité qui se termine par une session quad sans aucune photo avec les éléphants et une vision d’horreur sur le traitement qui leurs ait infligé. Peu importe ce que tu demandes ils ne veulent que de l’argent c’est une usine à touriste. Je déconseille fortement.
Sur les photos éléphants enchaînés, le bâton qu’elle porte à une sorte de fossile qu’elle utilise pour scarifier l’éléphant, ont peut voir les griffures sur le zoom. On ne voit pas où il est ouvert et saigne.

Le pire endroit de Phuket.
Le personnel est irrespectueux envers les clients. Ne vous laisse pas faire des photos avec votre téléphone (c’est payant). Les animaux sont maltraités.... nous somme partie avant la fin du safari car c’était insupportable... tracé votre route J’ai honte ....

Nous avons effectué une réservation pour faire une journée excursion ( éléphant , visite budha temple chinois et enfin chute d’eau et canoë)
Ce fut une grande déception, dans un premier l’accueil d’une certaine animatrice qui n’a jamais d’ailleurs donné son nom était exécrable.
Aucun accueil, aucune explication rien ....
Ensuite les éléphants semblaient être maltraités et ce fut très dommage de contribuer à cela en ayant choisi ce tour opérateur.
Enfin je déconseilles fortement car au delà des visites il s’agit principalement d’une usine à touriste où ont passe son temps à nous faire visiter dés magasins et nous forcer constamment à l’achat .
Bref avec mon fils je n’ai pris aucun plaisir et au contraire on se sent arnaquer et pris pour des idiots
Voilà j’espère cela pourra aider certains à ne jamais passer par ce tour opérateur

This is honestly the most horrible place to go see wild animals. We visited today without looking into and it saddened us so much to see these poor animals perform all this non-sense trained stuff. Poor monkeys chained and caged up, elephants look poorly and move away from keepers whenever they can. Elephant riders stop halfway and try to pressure you into buying stuff and when you don’t want none of it they just give you the biggest attitude (ours banged the box on my ankle and started shouting something in Thai) then got off the elephant - clear heath and safety issue and tried saying he will take a pic with my phone for a 100 baht. NO THANSK

We stopped here as part of the half day city tour - brochure said ‘play with the baby elephants’.
Was not expecting to see caged monkeys at the entrance! The baby elephant was behind a barrier, chained and not far were elephant rides! Apart from using the toilet I did want any part of this park.
Disappointed on so many levels.
Do not support this place at all!

Unfortunately I had a city tour which took me here and I was unhappy to do this.
The main reason is quality of treatment to animals over here. Complete nightmare.
I see some better places to cherish these animals in their natural way and natural habitat. Visit those and avoid this.

The monkeys are chained in a cage. Elephants are whacked to make them walk. Snakes kept in dirty conditions. Baby elephant chained up. Elephant handlers try to pressure you to buy souvenirs and when you don’t buy they take attitude and take you straight back giving you half the time you were meant to have (although I was just glad to get off). Monkeys were chained to do the show.

You are pick up from Hotel. The trip takes about 30 minutes. First stop is elephant ride. 30 minutes ride into jungle. You don't go that far just round in a circle. You handler will take photo for you trip. They is an official photo taken. Some people take home some don't cost 200 baht. Next on to snake show . Sit at back if your don't like snakes . the handler wave them around. Next is the monkey show. where they get the monkey to act. basketball. counting numbers. riding bikes. Not my thing. Don't now how long it take to train monkey to do these thing.

Depends on the package and what you want to do. They can discount full package to around 500 THB which says it all really... if you care about animals at all I wouldn’t go.
We paid for 30mins trek and got around 15 min walk on an elephant that didn’t want to walk but was getting whacked to walk, they stop you half way through and try to sell you a souvenir which is overpriced and if you don’t buy they take attitude with you. The animals are kept in disgusting conditions!!
How can you improve conditions and treatment of the animals in your care? What do you need to accomplish this?
