Had a great time with Hien and team. They were very welcoming. Definitely worth the visit if you have a day to spare. Halong Bay is a must see.

It was really good! So organised and the food is amazing! Staff are friendly and they k on what they are doing. The boat fabulous and a bit luxurious but really affordable.

Excellent trip, management were helpful. I just did the full day trip, enjoyed Ha Long Bay and the hospitality 👏 no issues and recommend

This trip was certainly a 5* trip the boat and staff were very attentive. I would recommend that if your in Vietnam. Good value the boat is stunning and the views great.

Our experience with Arcady Cruise was nothing short of amazing. From the very first interaction, Jimmy at the agency demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication to ensuring every detail of our journey was perfect. His attentiveness, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile made the planning process seamless and stress-free.
Onboard, the high standard of service continued. The crew was friendly, accommodating, and consistently professional, making us feel valued and cared for throughout the entire trip. The ship itself was impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and luxury, and the itinerary was thoughtfully planned to maximize our enjoyment.
We cannot recommend Arcady Cruise enough for anyone seeking a memorable and worry-free cruise experience. Special thanks to Jimmy for setting the tone of excellence right from the start!

The guide and staff were so nice and kind. Food was great and we ha plenty of time on each island. Took me from hanoi and took care f me throughout the whole trip. The bus was nice with spacious seats.

A well organized day trip to the breathtaking Halong Bay. No wonder this is a Unesco World Heritage. Everything from pickup to the luxurious fare is amazing! The tour guide is so friendly and funny. Definitely go kayaking if you have the choice.

We booked 3D/2N Halong Bay cruise at the last minute.
Boat: nice size - not very many passengers - maybe 40.
Room: we had a junior suite - tighter than I expected but knowing we would be out most of the time it was perfect. It had a balcony which we loved and the bathroom was nice.
Stairs: be aware there are a lot of stairs to go anywhere on the boat.
Food: just ok. We never went hungry but it was not impressive food if you’re here for that!
Excursions: well managed and enjoyable. We loved the day on the day boat - very relaxing.

Memorable cruise experience. Starting from pickup from hotel to drop off, it was fantastic. Our Guide ( Miss Mee ) was super helpful. They planed & executed the entire day fantastically. Highly recommended.

What should we wear on this trip? Do we need sweaters? Will it be cold tomorrow?

In the hot weather You should bring swimming suite, hat, sunglasses, sun cream, sandal is fine for this trip.
If the weather be cold you should bring Jacket, Sweaters, Shoes will be better than sandal.
The cold weather in the bay begin from January to March.
