Personale cordialissimo e super disponibile. Ci hanno permesso di fare la doccia a casa loro e mi hanno pure riportato in hotel un cappello che avevo dimenticato sul bus. Eccellente

1st time, I had concerns to trust an agency or company which I don't personally but after I read many reviews the recommendation from a lot of Thai people in the big group of Vietnam trips and I booked via chat for my first trip to Sapa.
Communication was easy with a quick response, Excellent services, the best travel consultancy, Great support and good prices. Then 2nd 3rd time and the next trip I definitely would plan with VietExpressTravel again and again.
Thank you a lot to K. Huong Nguyen and the team were giving their best services to me and all of my friends.

Viet Express Travel was recommended by a Thai friend when we were planning our trip to Vietnam. The idea was to travel with a private guide through the northern part of the country. We summarized some places we would like to visit and Viet Express Travel put together the trip. Booking was easy, response friendly and good. Note that when you pay via the link, you are asked to provide extra information via a different website. This is not required!
We were picked up by a very friendly guide ("Mike") and even friendly driver (Phung). They brought the four of us (in a 9-seater van) to places we would never go as a tourist. Have a drink made out of sugar canes in the house of a local family, stop along the way to buy local food and have it prepared in a restaurant. They were really doing the outmost to make sure we have a good time. We visited Sa Pa and surroundings, Tuyen Quang, Ba Be national park and Ban Gioc waterfalls amongst others.
We had a great time, visited everything we wanted to visit and even more. We really experienced Vietnam! Thanks to Viet Express Travel and its team!

I used this site to book a sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa and back.
Although there were initial bugs with the online platform, calling the listed number on the website gave me a direct line of communication to Huong who was extremely helpful. She set up my booking, organized a taxi to the bus stop from my hotel, and PERSONALLY arrived to pick me up with the taxi and take me to the bus. Huong and Tuyet answered messages on WhatsApp at all hours of the day and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Absolutely would recommend!

We had a extremely positive experience with Huong and Tuyet, who supported us closely throughout our stay in Vietnam.
We initially engaged them for a 3D2N hike at Fansipan, but changed our mind for a 2D1N hike a few days before arrival. The team was very accomodating and arrangements were made promptly.
At intervals where we did not have a place to rest (e.g. the wait for sleeper bus, the wait for hotel check-in), the team also had rooms in their office ready for us.
At Fansipan, we had a wonderful guide - Mang. Mang was polite, responsible, and always ready to answer our queries. We travelled as a team of two females, but always felt safe with him. Also, he's a really good cook! Would not hesitate to engage him anytime I were to be back.
Overall, 10/10 experience!

Huong and the team at Viet Express was excellent, they organised our airport pick up at Hanoi, day travel to Nanh Dinh and luxury cabin bus to Sapa for very reasonable price and with above excellent customer service. Huong was always at the end of the phone at any time of the day and made sure we were looked after at all times on our trips. We will definitely come back to Viet Express when we're back in Vietnam.

ก่อนเดินทางได้ติดต่อ Mrs.Houng Mrs.Houng ได้จัดการจองให้ทุกอย่างพร้อมพาเที่ยว บริการได้ยอดเยี่ยมมากคะ ประทับใจมากค่ะ ครั้งหน้าถ้าไปก็จะใช้บริการกับ viet express อีกค่ะ

พวกเรามาจากเมืองไทย และนี่เป็นครั้งแรกที่เวียดนาม รู้สึกประทับใจในการให้บริการของที่นี่ เราติดต่อกับ K.Duag เพื่อให้เธอจัดการทุกอย่างเกี่ยวกับการเดินทางให้ และเธอก็จัดการทุกอย่างได้ดี คอยช่วยให้คำแนะนำ และพยายามจัดหาในสิ่งที่เราร้องขอไป ต้องขอชื่นชมเธอ ส่วนสำนักงานของ Viet Express Travel ที่นี่มีห้องไว้ให้พักผ่อน อาบน้ำ ระหว่างรอการเดินทาง และที่สำคัญอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ย่านใจกลาง

Viet Express Travel staff have excellence service mind. First time in vietnam have not problem because service from viet express travel. Sleep Bus, Sleep Train and One day trip.
