Odynovo is amazing! This was my 3rd trip with Odynovo (also went to Egypt & Dubai with them). We were on a cruise ship and had very limited time in this port so it was important our guides were on time and kept us on time, which they did perfectly! We went to the Vinhmoc Tunnel and no one else was there, we had it all to ourselves to explore. Our guide took us into the tunnels and expertly showed us different passage ways. I am glad we picked this spot instead of some of the more well known tunnels because we were able to stop and appreciate everything and not be rushed through with crowds. They are also easy to navigate and well lit (a concern I had bringing my parents along). I highly recommend my travel consultant Gina with Odynovo. She was able to plan the perfect trip for my family. I like to pack in as much as possible and she lived up to every expectation! Odynovo truly listens to it’s travelers and customizes the perfect trip! Drivers and tour guides are always the BEST and always on time, friendly and ready to share their knowledge. We loved every moment!

Our guide Nguyen Duc Manh ( Manh) was a very enthusiastic guide. We struck an unusually hot day of 39C and Manh ensured we stayed as comfortable as possible. His local knowledge was impressive. Odynovo arranged this leg of the tour with Indochina Odyssey Tours and it was a seamless transition for us. Highly recommend both companies and our guide.

The area of Hue with the forbidden city and temples is a place you should not miss! The big cities of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are better known, but the sites of Hue and then Hoi An are fascinating! The guide we spent time with, Mr. Dang, was so helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable that we really learned a great deal about this beautiful area.
When visiting Vietnam, do not miss the center of the Country! Odynovo tours and guide, Mr. Dang, makes this area memorable!

This is not my first rodeo! My wife and I are frequent travelers, so my comments are based on dealing with many tour companies. Actually we try and avoid using tour companies because we like more flexibility in our trips. But we knew we needed some help with this. And I'm totally impressed with Odynovo. They responded to our requests in every way. But a company can't be good if they don't have the right people on the ground. If you are planning a trip here, this is my best advice...ask or demand Thuy Nguyen be your tour guide. I mean it! She is the best! Just like Nhon Nguyen in Ho Chi Minh, Thuy Nguyen is understandable, knowleadgable, patience, and has a sense of humor.

We spent an entire day in Hue with our excellent guide, Thuy Nguyen, all arranged by Odynovo. We could not have asked for a better tour. We visited the ancient Citadel and the Forbidden City, took a boat ride on the Perfume River, and stopped to visit the market. But what made this day so special was Thuy's help in locating places my husband had been to when he was stationed here during the war. Thuy was just fantastic! Odynovo is a first class tour company from their organization, their planning, and especially their guides. Our day in Hue was just perfect!

We spent a great day touring Hue with our gentle and very friendly guide Bun and our excellent driver Nyut. A river cruise, temple tours and an amazing food market tour made for a day of rich experiences. We highly recommend this tour company. Ask for Nyut for your driver...a great sense of humor.

Our guide in Hue and Hoian, Mr. Nguyen Phuc Chu, was accommodating and very friendly to us. I greatly appreciated that he brought flowers for my wife on her birthday and made sure our snorkeling tour guide came to pick us up on time. He was also very knowledgeable about the places we traveled to and offered wonderful explanations of the sights to us. Mr. Chu also took pictures of us whenever we asked (quite frequently) which we really appreciated.

We had a wonderful time in the north (Hanoi, Sapa and the bay) and appreciated the center with our guide Lihn who was knowledgeable, motivated and organized while making the experience very relaxing; everything just happened!
We spent 3 days in central Vietnam, visiting Hue, Danang and Hoi An (loved the Palm Garden Beach Resort & Spa in Hoi An)

First off, loved the trip because our tour guide, Dang (also named Danny) and our driver, Tu, made the trip enjoyable and I believed went above and beyond.
Hue was the second leg of Central Vietnam’s trip. Dang is from Hue, so he knew the intricacies of the city. He told us good places to go eat at and gave us more insight to the lives of people in Hue.
His English is pretty spot on. He understood some of the slang I used from SoCal. Conversations with Dang went smoothly.
He went above and beyond by doing several things. We asked for local coffee rather than the hotel coffee we’ve been getting and invited us. He didn’t have to, but he did and we had a pleasant conversation about raising children in Vietnam and living in general.
Another thing he did was help us order food. The tour provides lunch as part of the package, but my mom and I were tired of eating Thit Kho - we ate it numerous times in Saigon and Dalat. Dang made sure to call the restaurants ahead of time to tell them not to give us Thit Kho because we’ve eaten it a lot. When we got to the restaurant, he looked over the menu once over to make sure.
Thirdly, we wanted to travel to Huyen Tran Princess Temple. He made it happen and also informed us about how the Princess’ story is part of the social fabric of Vietnam - every one knows this story.
There are other instances where he went above and beyond, but my review is getting a bit lengthy. I hope you’re lucky enough to get Dang (Danny) and Tu if you book through Odyssey.

Odyssey organised everything about our trip including flights, hotel and tour guide.
Everything went smoothly and our tour guide Mr Le Nguyen was fantastic. He was very helpful throughout our journey and always happy to help. He helped make our trip enjoyable and was happy to answer all of our questions.
Overall I would recommend Odyssey as their service is extremely good, and also our tour guide who was also very good. The city itself was good.
