I just returned from a trip ran by the partners of Glorious DMC they called it Timeless Turkey ph. In a gist, the name of the trip describes how they ran the tour. I will just describe one typical day -- We spent all morning in a retail store - Goreme Onyx - a store known for fake and overpriced items. The tour guide even fails to mention in their excitement to get their commission that right across the location is a tourist friendly spot - the pigeon valley which we discovered on our own as we waited endlessly for the tour guide to get out of the Goreme Onyx store. In the afternoon because of the lack of time in going to the sites we were rushed -- 45 minutes. its almost like a hit-and-run type of visit to the historic sites. get your picture taken and let's go!! what a rip-off. They advertise all the historic sites in their flier and when they schedule the trip half of your day without time limit will be spent on retail shops that sell fake goods! DO NOT FALL for the Timeless Turkey Trip. You will be suckered by the tour guides to buy all sorts of fake items and they price optional tours double.

Uma das experiências mais alucinantes que vivi: PASSEIO DE BALÃO NA CAPADÓCIA. Não há palavras para expor a emoção e somente as imagens e lembranças falam por si desta fantástica experiência em cenários exuberantes.O tempo do passeio foi em torno de uns 50 min e fizemos com o sol já no firmamento (não estávamos no ar ao amanhecer). Empresa pontual no apanho do hotel até o campo de partida do balão, café da manhã agradável na sala antes do passeio, equipe de manobrista e piloto atenciosos, gentis e profissionais, foi servido taças de espumante após o pouso e fornecido Certificado de Primeiro Voo. Vale o investimento a este passeio e também se superar quem tem medo de altura. A agência foi solidária, gentis e cortês em transferir o passeio para o dia seguinte ao agendado pelo grupo, pois o voo de chegada à Capadócia atrasou o que fez com que alterássemos o roteiro dos passeios.

Used their service in Goreme, Cappadocia, paid 180 usd per person for balon, was flying 18 minutes only, no champagne, terrible experiense.

В октябре мы группой приехали на экскурсию в Каппадокию, остановились в отеле Стоун Концепт, администратор которого порекомендовал компанию THK balloons через Glorious DMC, Global travel partners, менеджер компании Timurhan Topuz. Каждый из 7 туристов оплатил по 180$ за подъем на шаре.
Корзину шара заполнили 20 человек, было тесно и неудобно. Шар долго пытался взлететь,приподнялся на небольшую высоту и опустился в грязь посреди поля. Шел мелкий дождь,люди 40 минут ждали машину,чтоб их отвезли в отель. Всего полет продолжался 17 минут. Завтрак и шампанское нам не подали, сертификаты привезли к нашему экскурсионному автобусу только когда мы звонили в компанию и требовали возврата части денег.
Обидно - вокруг летала сотня шаров, а нас ОБМАНУЛИ, ОБОБРАЛИ и даже не извинились. Плохое впечатление осталось о Турции, НИКОГДА не воспользуюсь услугами этой компании. ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАЮ ВСЕХ - БУДЬТЕ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЫ, НЕ ДОВЕРЯЙТЕ ИМ, ТРЕБУЙТЕ ЧЕКИ ОБ ОПЛАТЕ УСЛУГ И ДОГОВОР В КОТОРОМ ОПИСАНЫ ВАШИ ПРАВА и услуга, которую вы оплачиваете. Мы планируем подать в суд на эту компанию, сделаем все, чтоб ее лишили лицензии.

I'm joining their land tour all over turkey for 7 days and 8 night and it was such an awfully planned itinerary. Lots of time wasted for something unusefull and you were like taking 5 hours on jus ride and give like an half an hour to take picture on the tourist spot..and they always give lunch near a cheap restaurant near gas station.. oh and one more thing half of the day spend at the shopping store (whether it is a locum(turkish delight), leather factory) which already "partner" with the operator rather than the tourist object. Oh well i think this is my mistake of taking land tour instead of self arrangement trip.
