We booked Istanbul transfer service to take us from the Airport to the Galata Cruiseport to join our Oceania cruise. The service was fantastic from the time of booking with the company contacting us immediately via email and then WhatsApp with details and pictures of where to meet the transfer at the airport, contact information in case of any delays or issues etc, The instructions were very easy to follow, the transfer was ready and the trip in to Istanbul (approx 40 kms) was very smooth in our comfortable private van with lots of room for luggage etc. On arrival at the Cruiseport the driver took us right down inside the parking areas within the very large port and dropped us right at the entrance door to the underground port security access area. We only had 10 meters to go from where we were dropped! Only later we heard from lots of other cruise ship guests that the taxis etc that they booked to drop them off from their hotels etc didn’t know where to go and most people were dropped off at the wrong entrances and had to take their luggage etc for long distances to reach where they should be. So our transfer service was fantastic and saved a lot of effort. Full marks to Istanbul Transfer for providing a great service at a cost-effective price- way cheaper than equivalent transfer options provided by the cruise line.

We booked a private transfer to the Airport on our way home with SAW. We had not visited Turkey prior and naturally we were a bit concerned due to language and a big city. The communication in English prior and all thru the process via Whatsapp was excellent. The operator sent us a picture of where we would meet at 5AM and it really helped us get to where we needed to be. Galataport in Instanbul is huge so without some prior experience it is tough to navigate. The driver was 10 minutes early and was very careful smooth diver. The van was clean. Our bags were handled. At the port another driver help our driver t=with our bags. Turkish hospitality at its best!!!!! We will use SAW on our next visit.

My experience was great. The driver was on time. Very friendly and even explained all the attractions & have us great recommendations during our ride to hotel. We chose them again to take us back to the airport. I highly recommend this company. Very reliable.

We close airport to hotel transfer, private guided tour and private hotel to airport tour with stops in some neighborhoods. Everything was wonderful, we loved it!

Istanbul is interesting to say the least, an easy city to get around, functional public transport, the Turks are very friendly and help with anything you need. Just be careful with taxi drivers, most of them try to charge you more than the value, so negotiate beforehand, they even asked for 3x the correct price for the fare.
