‪Best carpet shop in the bazaar‬

‪This place has a great selection of quality carpets and is very chill to browse with no pressure. Ercan was so patient and helpful! I went away to think about it and had only a little time left in istanbul. He delivered the rug to my hotel so that I could pack it quickly before my flight. Excellent customer service and a beautiful rug! Very happy :)‬

‪Há 29 anos, comprei um pequeno tapete de Adnan and Hasan e, até hoje, ele está como novo - com cores firmes. Tive a oportunidade de voltar a Istambul e retornei à loja que recomendo fortemente. O atendimento é gentil e paciente diante da dificuldade de escolher um tapete entre tantas maravilhas. Os vendedores falam fluentemente inglês. O preço é justo. E eles têm a capacidade de dobrar e embrulhar os tapetes para que caibam na mala ou até em uma mochila. Imperdível e inesquecível. ‬

‪Great carpet-buying‬

‪I was recommended this store by Turkish friends, and they were right. Straight, no-nonsense, selling, and I really liked what they had - I went in planning to buy one carpet and bought two! We are extremely pleased with both of them. It really is the case that this is carpet-buying with no hassle.‬

‪No hassle, just a kind and honest buying experience. I stumbled around Grand Bazaar with stores trying to sell me machine made carpets for hand made and got weird propositions for being a woman traveling alone.. When you enter the store you can see the delicate quality of their selection peacefully without any pressure. Stop by and you will find what you are looking for.‬

‪Quality kilim, excellent customer service‬

‪Adnan and Hasan is the perfect place to go if you’re looking to add a new kilim (or two, or three) to your collection. I was looking for some unusual colors and they patiently showed me an array of options in the store over two days. They are so kind and knowledgeable, with great communication. I love my new kilim and look forward to coming back for more!‬

‪Knowledgable, caring and honest‬

‪We visited many rug shops in Turkey and found the quality, style and prices here to be exceptional. Most of all, we appreciated their depth of knowledge about each item, its heritage, design, production methods and comparison to others. It helped us to find the best piece for our home and we look forward to visiting again when we travel to Istanbul.‬

‪Service, Service, Service by being polite‬

‪I bought my Carpet in Direct line with Erol through whatsApp, I live in Greece, He send me pictures of to choose from, once I had the carpet that I wanted, He send me the info so I could make the transfer and 10 days later after customs, I receive my Carpet.
Thank you very much, it was a great experience and great service. I will buy again from him, no doubt on my mind. All the best Erol.‬
