Excellent service. Always on time. Drop off/ pick up on time. Our first time with a tour company. Very satisfied with the service provided by the agent Kaan, at our Turkiye tours. He always responded to us immediately no matter what time of day it is. I guess only because of Kaan’s constant communication with me made my trip a comfortable one. Tour guides are great as well, knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. Hats off to you Kaan. Thanks a lot for your greatness. Keep up the good work. I am already referring Tourkey stay tours to my friends and family. Specifically Kaan. What a great person he is.

Amazing trip but annoying agent Saban Olcer, Treat your guest nicely and politely. Dont judge people u dont know them well.

Our trip to Turkey was really great, we had so much fun and enjoyed it a lot. We met a lot of new friends in the Group Tour.
Only we had a very bad experience in our Travel Agent. they
They should Always and Always communicate properly and professionally to their GUESTS.

Our guide was Dilek Ozbey.
She was so thorough in every aspect.
She knew a lot of history about where we went and looked after us very well. One of us had a fall at the end of the tour and Dilek and the driver went above and beyond thier duty to not only take us to the hospital but actually stay with us right until the end and help us as interpreters and fast track us to be seen by relevant doctors. At the end they dropped us home. This was such a huge act of kindness and we were very grateful. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending her as a tour guide.

Our trip was visiting Istanbul and Cappadocia for 6 days and we booked it through Saban at Tourkeystay. It was an absolutely incredible experience, the tours exceeded our expectations by far, it was magical! We did 3 full day tours. It was a completely stress free trip, as the airport transfers, tours & transfers, domestic flights and hotels were all booked by Saban and taken care of. We didn’t have to think about having currency for museums, tours or taxis which also made it easy for us. Turkey went into a full lockdown days before our trip, but it has not put a damper on anything, in fact, tours were much better with no crowds as they remain open for tourism. I give Saban, his tour guides and their company 5 stars and cannot wait to book through them again!

When I arrived in Turkey in September it wasn't the best. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was left on my own. I then went on Facebook to find a tour company. I contacted Tourkeystay tours. Efficiency is an understatement with this company. After a brief conversation o was put in contact with the wonderful and awesome Mr. Saban Olcer. I literally begged him to come pick me up from where I was staying. He never said no, just ask me where I was and in an hr and couple minutes he was here. We spoke briefly and told him my circumstances. He never judged me, he just took my suitcase, boarded two trains to the other side of Istanbul. I was so relived. He housed me in a cozy apartment. Where I stayed was less than 5 min walk to the Hagia sophia, blue mosque, museum, Grand bazaar. He also booked tours for me to Cappadocia and Pamukkale. I highly recommend this tour company. Saban is an awesome and an amazing human being with a kind heart and personality. He turned a bad situation into a wonderful experience. Thank you Saban..

Very professional and frendly staff, very well organized, great communication, on time. Very happy with the service. Used it twice for airport transfer and twice for trip booking.

J ai payé pour la visite 30 liras. Et j ai bien visité. Le restaurant est moins cher qu un café en ville. J ai payé moins de 20 liras pour du café et une citronnade. Très facile d'accès .

El bazar de las especies es uno de los mas bonitos y asequibles que existen y que son dignos de visitar.

Once I made the Bosphorus tour, and I know that it is attractive. The boat was with a rooftop, so I sat on it, and I took a relaxing coffee and took my time to admire with pleasure the stunning views all over the Bosphorus, even if it was in winter and it was cold.
This time, I wanted to do it again, but I was disappointed that the boat hadn't a rooftop so I had to look from a window. It was something totally different and not impressive at all. Furthermore, to be able to see the monuments along the Bosphorus, you should take a sit on a side of the boat, but the places were full, so many people had to sit on the other side of the boat and the view was bad, even terrible without any attractive vision.
To be honest, these were the conditions on the boat, that consist on the major part of the tour.
But, on the other hand, the team of the company was excellent and present all the time to organize well the tour. Everything was on time, the guide was very nice, respectful, and tried always to have some explanations in french to my mom because she doesn't understand english.
So, in conclusion, a Bosphorus tour is a must in a stay in Istanbul, but the choice of the boat if it is with or without a rooftop can change everything.
