Our tours were fantastic, the program was very well put together by Universal Travel. We had a wonderful itinerary of 4 days which gave us the highlights of Istanbul and Ephesus. We toured numerous sites in a perfectly organized schedule.
Our tour guides Ensar in Istanbul and Gokhan Kaya were both extremely knowledgeable, very professional, very friendly and fun! The driver Yavuz was excellent, he did miracles in Istanbul’s heavy traffic.
The management, Fatih and his team were outstanding, paying attention to all details and very reliable.
I give Universal Travel an Excellent “Outstanding rate”. I would contract their services again for sure.

First of all, it was a pleasure to work with Universal Turism, and specifically with Fatih, to put our private, small-group trip together, and to work through together the various issues which needed to be resolved. Fatih was always very professional, patient, friendly and helpful, as well as a person with whom I would enjoy spending time. The various aspects of the trip were well-coordinated (you and Ensar, our tour guide, meeting with me at our hotel when we first arrived, the trip booklet for each participant, the day-to-day itinerary, the various pre-historic and historic sites, the airport transfers, the lodging, the visits to Venessa Seramik and Sultankoy, the hot-air balloon ride, etc.) and well thought out by you, and made for an enjoyable and educational trip. I especially appreciated your handling of the refund of my over-payment as a result of my bank’s excessive exchange rate!
Our guide, Ensar, and driver, Saim, were very professional and helpful throughout the trip. Ensar was incredibly knowledgeable and shared his knowledge in a way which was both educational and entertaining. Saim was a smooth, skilled driver, who was always very helpful and thoughtful, whether it be driving, loading luggage, or providing handi-wipes when we can back to the vehicle.
When we plan our next trip to Turkey, I will definitely contact you to help arrange the trip! Moreover, if any of our friends or associates ask for my recommendation for a travel agent for a trip to turkey, I will definitely recommend you and Universal Turism! My friend and I spent four days in Turkey touring Istanbul, the Bosporus and Ephesus. The team on the ground to help us navigate our visit was so helpful and on call to us at anytime. Our drivers and guides were amazing and made our visit so wonderfully memorable. Thank you!

Very organized and great communicators at every team level as we visited 3 different places in Greece and Turkey. Universal drivers and guides were highly competent and multi-lingual.

My wife and I have just spent two incredible days exploring Istanbul on a private tour with Mr. Mahir. We were absolutely blown away by the exceptional services provided by Universal. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were always prompt. It felt like we were right at home with their daily check-ins and attention to our feedback. My wife and I spent almost a month touring Türkiye. We are world travelers and familiar with various travel services. This trip was the first in which we had a personal assistant (Ceylan from Universal Travel) available to us 24/7. Ceylan was most helpful and quickly responsive to our needs. This is important especially in visiting a country in which English is rarely spoken. Türkiye is a hidden gem to many Americans. We highly recommend Universal Travel Services.

From arrival into Istanbul to Cappadocia, Izmir, Ephesus & Alacati, Universal provided excellent service. We were met at every destination with smiles and knowledgeable guides.
The few concerns that arose (delayed flights, non working air conditioners) were dealt with quickly & efficiently.
Thank you to Ms. Ayse and all the Universal team.

BAD Services , Still waiting for refund for failure of their services ,, we have taken services but they have fail as per itinerary and now waiting for refund

My wife and I stopped over in Istanbul for two days on our way back to US. Universal Travel was our transportation and tour operators. Everything was smooth and as advertised. The guides, Mey & Shkir, were both knowledgeable and easy to understand. Both spoke English well. We did the 1/2 day Bosphorus River Cruise and full day classical tour. Saw many historic sites and gained much knowledge. Thanks Universal Travel!

Truly an amazing tour. I asked for a last minute tour of Turkey and Universal did a great job accommodating.
Every guide was informative and gave a personal touch. For my tour I explored Istanbul, Cappadocia and Izmir. All guides were kind and made sure I was taken care of.
I would recommend them to my friends and family when they travel to Turkey.
