Stunning art deco design, friendly staff, and a view from the bell tower that can’t be beat. I had a chance to visit and play the carillon and meet the director of the YMCA. I’ve been here before in December to attend the children’s choir Christmas Carol sing and see the lighting of the Christmas tree. The community spirit that the YMCA fosters is wonderful bringing together the different cultures is heartwarming.

The International YMCA is a wonderful building, opposite the King David Hotel. The architecture is magnificent, and the tower remains a feature of the Old City. It still provides accommodation, and the dining room is well known for serving good, wholesome meals.

We had a wonderful Suite facing the King David Hotel. We were on the 2nd floor...in a beautiful big room with great light. We had read negative critics about the restaurant but were happily surprised. The food and the service were just perfect. Especially, I would like to thank Celine and Jamal. They were so friendly and helpful!

My wife and I had several dinners at the restaurant .
Many thanks to Pauline , khaled, jamal, nour, and all staff for wonderful service.
Pauline in particular gave us wonderful service like a SWISS WATCH.
The food was great, and made our time in Jerusalem even more enjoyable.
The outdoor restaurant we highly recommend to any visitor to Jerusalem.

הזמננו מנת נזיד סלמון ומנת חזה עוף צלוי. המנות הוגשו בצלחות אובליות תוך הפרדה בין בעל החיים הכתות והירקות ברוטב. הרוטב טעים והיאקות טריים מאודים. הקישואים היו בטעם מוזר משהו. קינחנו במשקה שוקולד. האויירה נעימה ומיוחדת והשירות אדיב.

התארחנו 6 זוגות של חברים בסופ"ש ונהנינו מהשהייה.צוות המלון פינק אותנו .כל דבר שביקשנו מיד נענינו.יש לציין לשבח את נדין שהכינה אומלטים טעימים ביותר בחיוך ובמקצועיות.כל הכבוד.

Muy bien ubicado a distancia a pie de la puerta de Jaffa, importante, porque los taxi son muy caros.
El edificio es muy bonito y la habitación que nos tocó estaba renovada.
El personal es amable.
Sin duda, regresaría.
· Al personal en general le falta un poco de capacitación, pero en especial al personal de restaurante. Los mozos se confunden con los pedidos y en cocina tanto los puntos de cocción como la cantidad de condimento me parece que no son los adecuados.
La puerta de ingreso a la ducha es un poco justa.
El edificio es muy bonito y la habitación que nos tocó estaba renovada.
El personal es amable.

Before discussing dinner, the exterior of the building is wonderful, unlike any other ”Y” that I have ever visited. It is a very short walk (5 minutes) from the Waldorf
Our dinners and service was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed the chicken pasta and the sautéed shrimp (think scampi without pasta.) The wine list is not robust but we enjoyed our selections.

Can tourist not staying at the hotel use the YMCA facilities?

Yes. We were tourists and enjoyed the dining. If you are not a member somewhere, you probably cannot use the exercise facilities. Hope that helps.
