Is Jordan open to tourism?

Hello,my name is ria and i'm from greece.i would like to know how does it works jordan select tours.we are a married couple and we want to travel to aqaba ,then aqaba-petra,then petra-wadi rum...the programme will be a little bit like this that i mentioned before.so we have found where we want to stay for the nigts in these three places...but we dont know how to move from one place to another.and we afraid the place a little.so i want to ask you,if we can arrange with you our transportation from one place to another for three or four days and how much does it coat.thank you and i'm waiting for your answer.

Is January a decent time to visit Jordan? I know it will be much cooler than spring but we can endure that as long as we can visit all the usual sites.

We (2 female) are planning for a 7days 6nights tour to Jordan (Dec 15-22). Should I join group tour or is it safe to get a driver cum guide for our trip? Any female driver? How much would it costs? Appreciate suggestions & advice.

I am thinking booking a 3/4 days tour - anyone knows how much it costs?

My wife and I are planning to visit Jordan for 5 nights/6 days in April 2020. Right now, our itinerary is fly into Amman (1 nt.), Dead Sea (1 nt.), Petra (2 nts.), and Wadi Rum (1 nt.), cross into Israel at Aqaba/Eilat. We are not sure whether we need a tour operator or just hire a driver, picking up guides at Jerash and Petra. We have done private tours in past (India) and liked the experience, though that particular tour was a driver and guide throughout trip. We are just beginning our planning, though we're pretty firm on leaving Chicago for Amman either April 15,16 or 17 and sticking to the itinerary I've mentioned above. We are a group of friends from India. We are planning to do a vacation to Jordon in the mid November to mid December timeframe. The expected head count will be 12-15 people.  Do you provide a fully organised trip? If yes would you be able to help us with organising the tour? Number of days is not fixed and can be moved around to make sure we get everything Jordan has to offer. We are looking for a budget trip, basic but safe accomodation is okay, we don't require stay at 5* resorts.  Assuming about 12 people can you suggest the number of days, a rough itinerary and approximate cost per head?  On the alternative we are considering a self drive trip too, in that case would you be able to arrange for itinerary, accomodation bookings and tour guide arrangements at all places? We will be driving ourselves and will reach the indicated places as per the itinerary. Please let me know if any of the above are possible and what would be the per head cost for the same?
