We spent until nearly 1 pm at the border and the tour was 3 hours. The tour itself was ok. The company dropped us off at the border with no guidance to cross and picked us up at the other side. Very different than other tour groups that were organized. There is also around 100 dollars in various fees at the border that aren’t included. The company isn’t transparent about the reality of this tour. Bring food because there won’t be time or availability to eat siting on a bus for 12 of 14 hours. If I did this again, I would have taken a taxi to the border myself, not sure what we paid 199 dollars for. They still haven’t responded to my concerns.

We deal the one day tour Amman to Israel. The service only consiste on 4 transfers. Amman Hotel to Jordan border, Israel border to Jerusalem, drive tour in Jerusalem/ Belem, transfer to Israel border and finally transfer from Jordan border to Amman hotel. The drivers was polite but in several times they left us away from the entrances of the sites in Jerusalem/Belem for there convenience, so they can stay peacefully in the trees shadows and we have to walk burning until the sites to visit. They don t provide any explanation or assistance for the border procedure and left us alone on our own luck. However we found another person who will go to Israel too and he help us.We already knew that no have a guide once the price will increase even further but +300€ per person for this service, driving us without any kind of assistance or a simple explanation of what to do in the border it s really a robbery.
Not to mention that was Israel public holiday and nobody mention this. This have decrease our tour in 2 hours quite meaningful when we have just one day tour.

We booked a private van to transport us from the Amman airport to Jerusalem. The drivers were polite, and professional/ skilled. The vehicles were impeccably clean and well maintained. Communicating with Fadi in the office was a pleasure. He was polite and extremely responsive. He seamlessly accommodated a couple of last minute logistical changes. My husband and I have travelled extensively in the MENA region. Fadi (and his team) are one of the best organized / professional agents we have dealt with in the region.

My husband and I arranged the "1 Day Tour of Jerusalem from Amman" (driver only option) with Jerusalem from Amman and our experience can only be described as DISASTROUS!! For this tour option, you get car service from your hotel in Amman to the Jordanian border, from the Israeli border to Jerusalem, and return to your hotel in Amman via the same route. In total, you get a bout 4-5 hours of car service with two different drivers and the cost for 2 people is $630. We thought it was a lot to pay for just 4-5 hours of car service but we were willing to pay this amount for comfortable, worry-free transport arrangement.
And oh my gosh were we disappointed by the service that was provided!!! Our main complaint was with the driver on the Jordan side in that his driving was SO RECKLESS AND DANGEROUS. He 1) was speeding most of the time, even at the narrow winding roads close to the border, 2) constantly cut in front of other cars (which, of course involves speeding), 3) was talking on the phone while driving, 4) almost hit other cars a couple of times and was cursing at other drivers (I don’t understand the language but I can guess from his expression and gesture). My husband and I were honestly concerned about our safety due to his dangerous driving. Also, the car that was used to transport us was very old, dirty, and just uncomfortable. In fact, on the way back to our hotel, the driver had to stop the car for over 30 minutes because the car became “overheated” and had smoke coming out of the engine. And this is clearly not the first time that the car has become overheated because the driver prepared big bottles of water to cool down the engine. We had taken taxis and Uber numerous times while in Amman, and this car was by far the WORST. I just cannot believe that we had paid $630 to be transported in a car in such awful condition.
After we got back to our hotel, I immediately contacted the tour consultant, Fadi Qadumi, who had arranged the tour for us in hopes that the company would at least have some decency to apologize to us or compensate us for our traumatic experience. But Fadi just gave us some lame excuse that a third party transport company was used and that the driver had denied any wrongdoing, so THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT. You would think that when you sign up for a tour with a certain company, that company would take responsibility for what happens on the tour and care about the customer's safety and satisfaction. This company offers car service but does not have any cars or drivers of their own, goes out and hires some awful driver with a crappy car, and denies any liability / responsibility because there is nothing they can do or want to do for you when you have any problems with the third party's driver / car.
At $630, I can tell you that this is the biggest rip-off I have ever experienced. I can only hope that I can help whoever reads this review avoid such unpleasant experience and waste of money!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Mrs. Winnie booked a private tour without a tour guide for her first time visit to Jerusalem on last April 29, 2019 with us. After the tour was finished, she sent us an email to complain about the 2 drivers at the Jordanian and the Israeli sides, and she thought that the amount of money she was charged was just outrageous for this private one-day tour, and she requested a full or partial refund for this trip.
After her first message was received, we immediately advised the transportation company that we deal with at the Jordanian side and the driver at the Israeli side about her complains, and we requested explanations from both so we can reply to her.
We at Jerusalem from Amman provided her with what she paid for, the tour was provided completely, there was no hidden prices or any extra charges. We always check on our clients while they are on their tour and we even provide them with an emergency contact number for any complain or emergency. After we heard from our suppliers about her complain, we replied to her and below is a copy of our message to her:
“The transportation company advised us that they have checked what happened with the driver on the day he transferred you from your hotel in Amman to the Allenby/ King Hussein Bridge and returned you back on the same day after you finished your one-day unguided tour to Jerusalem, but he denied that he was late when he picked you up and he said he was not speeding since the road are full of cameras and he was not ready to have his license suspended. He said yes, he had a small problem in his car, but he immediately fixed it. Whatever his answer was, we notified them that since this was the first complain about this driver, we will never use him if we receive any more complain.
In regards to the driver at the Israeli side, we have been dealing with him since a while and all of his feedback were excellent. He advised us that he gave you very good service and even he said that he took you to the clinic center because you were slightly injured while you were walking nearby the Gethsemane church to take papers for your Insurance company from them. Also, he took you to visit Jericho as an extra even it was not included. About speaking loudly on the phone, he said “when he was waiting for his turn to enter into the terminal border, he did not want to disturb you while he was talking on the phone through his headphones, and because of this he got out of the car to finish his call phone."
We care about our clients, and we are fully responsible to provide them with good service, there satisfactions are our main goal. Mrs. Winnie, must have advised us immediately on the emergency number that she had a problem or complain about the drivers, but she never until she got back to her hotel with the same Jordanian driver who picked her up from the hotel that day. Whatsmore, I think it would be better for her to include a tour guide in her trip since most travelers who never been in Jerusalem before face difficulty to visit sites especially in the Old City of Jerusalem without guides with them.

We booked a two day Amman to Jerusalem tour directly through this company. They tailored our itinerary for the Friday Saturday we needed to travel to Jerusalem. The transfers were professional and efficient and our guide was truly excellent. many thanks.

Booked the one day Islamic Tour of Jerusalem through their website. It was very straightforward experience and an experience of a lifetime. The driver picked us up from our Amman hotel right on time and took us to the border. Took about 3 hours to cross the border just because everyone is kind of laid back on both sides of the border and no one was in a rush. Once we got out, our guide Tariq was waiting on the other side with a driver.
It was an amazing experience. Started off with Mount of Olives, Maqam Salman Al Farsi, Maqam Rabia Basri on to a panoramic view of the old city. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained each site on the horizon and its significance from each religions perspective. Then he took us to Nabi Daood (David) AS's Maqam. We wandered through the four quarters in the old city and visited Al Aqsa, Masjid Umar ibn Al Khattab, Dome of the Rock, Haet ul Buraaq, Last Supper Room, Holy Sepulchre Church, Wailing Wall and had a delicious lunch in one of the wonderful cafes in the old city. Everywhere we went, our guide had a slew of information for us and explained everything in detail. It was an amazing experience and we are really glad we booked this tour through Amman2Jerusalem.
As a special bonus, the guide and driver also threw in the Maqam of Nabi Musa (Moses) AS even though it was not part of the original tour. Very happy with how everything turned out. Special thanks to our guide, the driver and the company for arranging this tour for us.

Basma and her team of drivers were essential in getting my friends and me through the border into Israel. She was quick to respond to my emails and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed to make the process as smooth as possible. It can be a bit complicated so her guidance was much appreciated. The drivers were always right where we were told they would be and were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone planning a trip to Israel!
