Fantastic all round experience. I booked this for a birthday present so wanted the booking process to be totally reliable. I contacted Sam via whats app and made my arrangements and asked all my questions. I even had to change my date last minute and Sam rebooked me with no issue. When we arrived I waa offered some tea, and you get a quick introduction on how to use the jet ski. Then you are lowered into the water via a moving ramp. Fun! Turn right and head out past Etihad Towers, Emirates Palace and Presidential Palaces. The jet ski was in superb condition, extra fast and even had a reverse feature. An hour was perfect. I had lots of fun chatting with Sam who was a great person, and felt welcome and relaxed throughout. Highly recommend. Thanks Sam it was lovely to meet you.

If you want to jetski in Abu Dhabi. This is the place to do it! The rates for jetski hire with Sam are very reasonable. I’ve seen other companies in AD charge ridiculous prices. My husband and I hired a jetski each and went out on the water for 1 hour. As it’s summer and 40+ degrees that was a perfect amount of time. Captain Sam’s is located at Al Bateen Marina (next to Robusta Coffee) follow the pin on Google maps. If you are driving you can park directly outside. It’s a great location for taking in all the sights (Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace, Etihad Towers etc.) We had an amazing time and we’d love to do it again. We booked in advance and it was very easy to arrange with Sam via WhatsApp. Shoutout to Abdul who took care of us, kitted us up with lifejackets and explained how the jet-skis work (they are so easy to to use!!) All round top service and not to be missed!

Wow, where can I begin? Initially I called Sam to rent two Jetski’s (my aunt and I on one and my sister on the other) It was last minute and Sam completely made my trip 200x better. It is freeing to ride a Jetski, especially the Yamaha wave runner. I absolutely loved it, including getting splashed by salt water! Definitely take a pair of sunglasses to protect your eyes from the salt. We rode all the way from the bridge to the Emirate Palace. To see the city of Abu Dhabi from the water was breathtaking. Sam and our captain were great and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I wish I didn’t wait till the last day in Abu Dhabi to message Sam again to ride with my partner. He had been wanting to go jet skiing but hadn’t had a chance to go. (He is always working) Even though Sams jetskiing company was not open on Mondays we were able to ride, how you ask? He made it happen. Now, this has to be the biggest reason I will ALWAYS go out of my way to book jetskiing and water sports with Sam and his company. No weird surcharges and no headaches. I know Sam was personally busy when I had messaged him Monday at 1pm. Yet he went above and beyond to make sure we got to ride Jet-skis. (Yamaha wave runners) The company he sent me to was a company he knows well and trusts which made me trust the other company. The reason I don’t bring up that company’s name is that Sam was the one who went out of his way to message and set up the jetskiing experience for me right when I messaged him. (Especially because the other company hung up on me and didn’t speak English) I cannot believe the service from Sam and his team! I can say this with 100% confidence. Once you leave the dock and you’re lowered into the water, the views were mesmerizing. I will say this, if you’re even thinking about going jetskiing GO TO SAM’S. He made my trip start and end with an amazing time. Thank you, thank you Sam! You and your business are amazing and I wish the best for you! See you guys next year!!!

I called Sam with 0 notice .. drove over and was on a ski, all within 20 minutes!!
Skis are well maintained and staff is super friendly. Gave me cold waters to take with for the hour I was out.
Big thanks to Abdul! I didn't have cash and had to go to the ATM, he let me follow him there!! Even when there was a problem with the one bank, he took me to a different one and was super patient. Really appreciate it.

Had a great afternoon Jet Skiing today. The service was first class and everything was exactly as described. I would highly recommend Captain Sam’s and will definitely be back again. The lift that brings the jet ski in and out of the water with you on it is not something I had seen before but all added to the experience! Thanks very much!

We called captain Sam the same morning we intended to go out jet skiing (very few things can be arranged on same-day basis here in UAE), and he kindly accommodated our group.
We had a blast!
Jet skies were in good condition, our guide was super nice, we rode, swam and played to our hearts content.
Highly recommend captain Sam.
Extremely professional and friendly.
WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Los jet skis en muy buena condicion, nuestro guia super amable, anduvimos en los jet skis y nadamos jugamos hasta que nos cansamos.

Das erste Mal auf einem Jetski: Alles mega! Tolle Einführung, super Team mit Tour durch die breiten Wasserwelten von Abu Dhabi. Vom Team wurden viele schöne Bilder gemacht, die kurze Zeit später alle auf dem eigenen Handy waren. Wirklich klasse, jederzeit wieder.

Have been living in Abu Dhabi for over 5 years and tried varies jet ski companies ... I must say Captain Sam has the best experience . The jet skies are very clean and new. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this experience for both tourist as well as people and families leaving in Abu Dhabi. Great experience !!
