Very nice Kayak tour in the mangrove. 2 hours guided tour. Very friendly staff, could sometimes give extra information about the mangrove. Nice trip in such a busy city

The dhow was a great size and very comfortable. The boat captain was very accommodating and helpful. Overall a great experience (firewoorks cruise for EID)

This was my 3rd time on the fireworks dhow cruise! I always enjoy it! This year was great! The two men were very professional and had wonderful manners. ILoved the ride along the water!!

This was a lovely and very recommended experience. Captain Tony’s crew was very punctual and friendly! They took us to the best spots to see the sunset and provided useful information on the way there! We will definitely be taking this tour again!

Had a lovely morning kayaking in the Eastern Mangroves. We opted for a tour without a guide, however the front office was very helpful and showed us exactly what is the best kayaking route. Very friendly service, and the kayaks are well maintained. The only downfall is construction next to the Eastern Mangroves as it takes away from the nature beauty, however once we've passed the construction area, it was lovely and peaceful. I do recommend it for an early morning activity.

Hi Yolande, thanks for the positive feedback, even us we are sadden about the situation of the construction close to the mangroves but we cannot help it its for local government project but don't you worry its has been carefully place, were nature and improvement comes together - sure the community will benefits in the future. Cheers!

Captain Tony's provided a wonderful eco-tour of the mangroves. They also pulled alongside an island where the girls were able to see gazelle, geese, ostriches, and flamingos. The staff was very knowledgeable about the biosphere and hydrosphere of this particular area. The boat was very comfortable and the staff practiced safety at every turn; every child was provided a safety vest. I highly recommend Captain Tony's!

Enjoyed the location, pretty area, very calm water, had so much potential. I had not paddle boarded before and the big downside was that I had expected a brief introduction on how to do it. The staff member provided none at all and when I asked how to begin gave a few words in reply. I had to use utube just to watch how to get going. The staff member had zero interest in my experience. The board was not equipped with an ankle strap so when I fell in it floated away from me. Annoying. Basically I was given a poorly maintained board and that was it. Not what I expected from the description and useless for beginners. So my experience was not enjoyable.

The experience was wonderful,having so much fun with my family.It was as well very nice to discover Abu Dhabi .The staff is very professional and polite.

Arrived in plenty of time to start the cruise , but no one around. Eventually found someone from the firm who told that they had no record of our booking and that it was too cloudy to see the sunset, clearly not wanting to operate the cruise.
Having showed them our Trip Advisor booking with the correct date, I was put on a mobile to someone who then said that our booking was for the 12th not the 10th, and that we had made a mistake.
Not relenting, and with our confirmation for the correct date, they said that they would take just the two of us, which they did. We could just have done without all of the hassle.
The cruise lasted 60 minutes rather than the advertised 90, but we did enjoy it, just a shame about their attitude.

I was looking to see if the Island beach getaway tours still run during Ramadan as there or 3 of us who would be interested in booking for 2nd/3rd July, and if they are still running does it still include the drinks and sandwiches? Thanks

Dear Ann P,
I used to live in East Herts years ago! I hope you enjoy your visit to UAE. Not sure which hotel your question refers to, but "Smart Casual" is generally the accepted dress code over here ...... long trousers and collared shirt for men, and who are we men to tell women what to wear!
If your hotel has a beach front bar/restaurant that is open in the evening, then shorts and tee-shirt are normally ok.
