The staff was just perfect and helpful. The cruise at sunset was a must. The food was just perfect. We privatize the boat for my husband’s birthday. We were 70 guests and we enjoyed every moment.

Everything was great! location, installation, decorations, ambiance, reception, class A1 management, professional staff, delicious buffet, great music and dance shows. My experience in this boat was totally beyond my expectations. They were amazing for me and my two kids. I will definitely recommend this dinner show to anyone interested in enhancing your tour experience in Cairo.

This ship was ornate and lovely- It was a great experience with good food buffet style, and great entertainment which included live music, belly dancer and amazing whirling dervish. My daughter and I had a terrific time.

Average service but decent entertainment. There were 2 levels so each entertainer rotated floors performing. The food was cold when it arrived

This was not the first time to visit the Golden pharoe nile cruise, yet I was really disappointed. The cruise became just narrow circle in the nile. The boat is old and smelly. Many seats are broken, I had to change two of these to get a good seat. The toilet smell, regrettably, was reaching far into the restaurant. The food is average in every aspect. The service was really poor and not professional. The management should serious changes, including necessary renovations and real cleanliness.
I will search for a better cruise.

This dinner cruise was lovely.
The staff were friendly and greeted us upon arrival. The views on the cruise are stunning.
The food was great as well with crispy fried fish and rice, mash, chicken. It was a great variety.
The onboard entertainment was excellent, with live singers, a belly dancer and a traditional dancer.
It’s a great way to see some of the city along the Nile as well as experience the culture of the people.

The reservations team were excellent.
Upon arrival we were greeted and took on board for our dinner cruise. The staff introduced their self’s prior to Service which was very professional. Our waitress Whalid was spot on. He made sure our evening was special.

I spent along time looking at reviews of dinner cruises which were often mixed in opinion and offered by various tour company's. I decided to go with Pharoah cruises rather than Maxim, as it was IMO better value for money and I preferred the look of the boats.
I booked direct at 490EGP per person for the 2 hour dinner cruise, with belly and other traditional dancer, with buffet food. I found this better than going through a tour company as a guide is not necessary and I just took a taxi from hotel there and back.
I made a reservation by phone, then paid on arrival. They prefer cash, but do accept credit cards. We boarded around 7.30 on th Golden Pharaoh 2 deck boat and were allocated a table on the lower deck, the upper deck seemed to offer the same in terms of entertainment and food, but we had it first, which enabled us to go outside upstairs afterwards. The area was not full, but the space around each table is ok even if it was.
Food was of a reasonable quality and quantity, with plenty of choice. There is a good choice of drinks and cocktails, alcoholic and non, and you pay for these at the end of the night
The entertainment was also very good, with the belly dancer doing 2 routines and the whirling dervish once. There is a photographer who will take pics of you with the dancers and at 40 EGP each are good value memory. You can also buy some souvenirs on board. I had read about some cruises being very smokey, but on my trip I didn't experience this. You can sit or stand outside on the upper deck and watch all the other boats and the building of Cairo lite up, which is worth seeing.
Overall I was say it was a great night and excellent value for money
