We had a quick stopover to grab some stuff for my wife. I was quite amazed at the selection they had in store. The salesman was very polite and was happy to answer any questions we had. Overall a very pleasant visit.

My favourite product at Bath & Body Works is "Sweet Pea" and “Lavender + Vanilla”. I usually buy the shower gel and body lotion. Also there is recent release of "Dahlia" which I also liked it.
B&BW have many good deals started Nov 2023 and still going on; buy 2 and 1 free, pick 7 and pay 3 and currently the big sale of 35 - 60% off. Last week I made three online orders, I placed orders one parcel to be home delivery and two parcels to be collected from the branch at City Stars Mall. I had also the chance to buy more products from the shop due to the Big sale deal.
City Stars Mall team are very professional and friendly. Many thanks Walid for being very helpful and supportive during my purchase process. Also thanks Ammar for his support.
It brings great pleasure to use B&BW products which known by its amazing fragrance and quality.
