‪Rude cashier at carrefour the hub‬

‪It was Terrible. The cashier was so rude. I came with my shopping on the express queue, the customer in front of me had left her small trolley and i walked around it. The cashier decided t leave her desk and practically pushed me out of the way with this trolley which was not actually in anybody's way. I have experienced this type of rudeness before and it leaves a really bad taste in the mouth. One can get respectful service at Naivas and Chandarana and there is nothing at carrefour that we can't live without. Really disgusted customer! 😠‬

‪Avoid Carrefour if you buy large quantities. Cashiers are likely to swipe small items multiple times so as to collect the items for themselves later. They hope you will not see it.

They have a good call centre, the only place you can reach them. However, the complaints are sent to customer service staff who hate their jobs. They will ignore the complaints as there is no tracking system. When they call you, they pretend not to understand the issue.

The other staff will lie to the call centre that they are unable to reach the customer.

This is the perfect scam‬

‪The best mall/shopping center in Karen!‬

‪Pleasant shopping, few stores, but great options for restaurants, I really recommend checking out The Carnivore, despite the name the restaurant has great vegan/vegetarian options!
There’s a garden that opens on selected days only but it’s great for pictures or just a romantic walk .

‪The huge Carrefour is still open. It has a particularly good liquor store. A few stores have closed due to Covid 19 but most are still in business. The Mayura restaurant is excellent.‬

‪Nice but less variety of shops‬

‪I'm glad to see that most of the stores found at the Hub have remained open despite the ravages of Covid-19. I was there yesterday and there was a good number of shoppers. I also noticed that there were two taxis powered by electricity; something that I've never seen before in Nairobi.‬

‪Golfing has forever been a "sport for the rich" since time immemorial. It has been activity that you think of participating in once "you have the right amount of money".

Who knew you could golf at The Hub in Karen for only Kshs 300/=!!??
Not only will you be able to have this amazing experience at such a pocket friendly price but also have a guide who takes you through the entire set.

To add the cherry on top of the cake,it has indoor games such basketball,foosball,the octopus ride, bumper cars,virtual reality... incorporating activities for both the adults as well as the kids all within price ranges of 150-400 and amazing deals and packages.
