The tour was amazing. Mary the tour organiser did an amazing job as we had to make some last minute requests. Wendy the tour guide had a great source of knowledge and was always very friendly. Our driver was also fantastic, accommodating our location needs.

We checked Tripadvisor for tours, and located Tour-Beijing tour company and went to their website and booked the Beijing Highlight Private Day Tour with an English-speaking tour guide. Ha Ha was our tour guide's name, but I am not spelling her name correctly. We wanted to see the Great Wall at the start of our tour, and Tour-Beijing company was able to secure tickets for the morning time slot. Our family really enjoyed the tour, and our tour guide provided a lot of history and information about the sites we were seeing. We will definitely use Tour-Beijing for future tours in Beijing.

We had great time with wendy, who’s coordinating our tour. This private tour for 4 pax already including delicious lunch and tea-tasting and Great wall and forbidden city. Our driver was kind and patient and our tour guide, wendy, could communicate well in English. She made sure we are comfortable while enjoying at the same time! I will definitely recommend this tour company.

Truly amazing and enriching all-day experience with Jack!
He really wanted for us to enjoy the views and to transmit the history of the Great Wall and Gubei. We could understand him without problems. Super friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was that due to a delay in the highway we had to speed up a little in the sightseeing of Gubei.
Our driver was friendly and kind. Very comfortable car.
They gave us options for dinner and the restaurant was authentic Chinese style and delicious.
Mary Ma was so kind and thoughtful! We could notice that they want us to enjoy the experience (more than a focus on the money).
Totally recommendable!

What an absolute fantastic experience. A clear winter afternoon going up the slope to admire a beautiful sunset on the mountains around the Great Wall at Mutianyu. Everything was perfect, starting from the airport pick up by our lovely guide Wendy, being driven in a comfortable car and enjoying an "almost private" visit. The cold of the late afternoon was not a deterrent but instead added a spark of magic with the snowy landscape. We completed the experience with traditional Chinese food and tea tasting. Back to the airport right on schedule for our connecting flight. Seamless

My girlfriend and I had a beautiful time in Beijing with our tour guide Wendy.
We had never been to China before, and we had a long stopover in Beijing on our way to Australia, and now I can safely say that this was the best way to spend the day.
Wendy picked us up at the airport and took us to see Tienanmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the Great Wall. She was very knowledgeable and happy to answer to our many questions. Also, the car was incredibly comfortable and way above our expectations.
I can’t recommend this tour enough. It’s well worth the money!

I read about Beijing Tour on TripAdvisor, I had a look at the review, at their website and I decided to contact them in order to organize my whole trip to China (Beijing, Xi’An, Shanghai). I told them my itinerary idea and they helped me to make it fit perfect for the time I had to spend in China. The staff was so good, so polite, so kind and so quickly to answer by email at any of my question. They booked for me the hotel, the tour guides with the drivers, and the train transfers between the cities I visited. My trip was simply perfect, the hotel accommodation were beautiful and clean and pretty near to some sightseeing of every city. The guides were well prepared and spoke a fluent and good English, they helped me a lot with chinese language and gave me some advise on where to eat or to do special thing in my free time. Also the driver were so good, punctual and good driver even if they didn’t speak English. Even once I was in China they quickly answered to every my question. The price was fair. If I will go back to China I will book for sure again with them. I absolutely reccomend to book any kind of tour with them, you will not regret.

Poor experience. Refused to design an itinerary per the specifications that I had requested. Terrible customer service from Mary Ma the Sales Manager, who was rude and rigid in her communications

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review and really sorry to hear that it is negative.
In April, we provided tour in Beijing & Xi'an for you, and everything went smoothly.
In November, we got new enquiry as following:
Visit the following places during 17-hour transit at Shanghai Pudong Airport:
1. Hangzhou (West Lake, Lingyin Temple, Xueyan Hu's mansion, Six Harmonies Pagoda, Fei Lan Feng)
2. Mogan Mountain (View point)
3. Wuzhen and Xitang Water Towns (drive through for a quick visit)
4. Suzhou (Tiger Hill, Hanshan Temple, Shantang Street, Chaozong Pavilion, Panmen Gardens, Tongli Water Town)
To be honest, the tour you required was beyond our abilities, as we would not provide the service that we could not control.
Mary suggested one day Hangzhou tour or one day Suzhou tour, and she did not get reply then.
She thought you turned down her proposal, so she didn't follow up.
We will explain more details to the guests in the future to avoid misunderstandings.
Mary will learn from this complaint and avoid the same problem in the future.
We do hope we still have the chance to serve you in the future.

We were picket up by our charming guide Angela at our hotel. Angela was eloquent and engaging and made the trip fun and interesting. At Angelas recommendation we took the chairlift which gave us a really nice view of the wall. We went on a Tuesday afternoon, there were almost no other tourists, so it seemed like we got the Great Wall almost to ourselves. The Great wall was a breathtaking experience! We got down using the car slide/toboggan. Overall an excellent trip!

Brilliant experience. We were picked up at 8 on the dot as organised the evening before with our guide calling us at the hotel to ensure this was suitable. We had about 1h30 drive to Mutianyu but the car was very comfortable with water and aircon. Jack was a brilliant guide - he gave us an interesting overview of the history of the Great Wall and was super friendly! He was great to talk to and super organised once we had arrived at the wall. We just had to give Jack the money for the cable car (or you can get toboggan) upon arrival which was easy and he was quick at retrieving them.
Then he led us up to the entrance of the Great Wall and gave us instructions at every step so we were not confused and knew what part of the process was occurring.
Jack gave us so much valuable history and interesting facts - showing us certain sections of the wall, asking us questions and highlighting key parts that were valuable for us to see and know about.
He took us to ideal photo spots and ensured he followed our pace, ensuring our comfortability.
We couldn’t thank Jack more for making our experience so interesting and insightful and I’d definitely recommend this company if you want a guided tour or if it’s your first time going to the wall as the process was so smooth and enjoyable!
We were dropped back at our hotel at the time given online and didn’t feel rushed at all during our experience - it was the ideal amount of time for us!
