Myself and two friends really enjoyed Dana's dumpling class. She met us at a nearby subway station and walked us the location. It was a private class. We learned how to make dumpling dough and then wrappers, and how to mix the dumpling filling. We learned how to make many different kinds of dumpling shapes. We also got to make some long life noodles! For dinner we had the dumplings and the long life noodles we made, as well as some delicious local dishes created by Dana's husband, who helps to run the class. There were complimentary beverages - beer, soft drink, tea. Dana was very warm, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we really enjoyed meeting her. She gave us lots of advice about our ongoing travels around Beijing, and Xian, too. We highly recommend this evening activity!

We had an excellent time cooking with Dana! She was accommodating, informative, and kind. We highly recommend and would do it again!

The dumpling class is a nice experience. You learn how to make dumplings, including making the dough and flavors. Very interesting. Dana is very kind, and will help you good. Also other recipes are explained.

What a find! Dana is a super host and this is a GREAT course where you learn how to make delicious dumplings in all shapes and sizes, plus noodles and Kung pao chicken. Such a brilliant way to learn more about Chinese food and spend a few hours in a relaxed Hutong courtyard house with a beer while you’re there. The food was really good and satisfying to eat our creations! Don’t hesitate to join this cooking course!

The location of this cooking class is in an adorable and lively hutong, and is easy to find considering it is only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro stop. We were greeted very nicely by all of the staff and was immediately given food and drinks upon arrival. I am a college student and went with 4 other friends, so this is to say that it is affordable and you do get a lot for what you pay for. The food was very fun to make and tasted delicious afterwards. Everyone working there is very sweet and helpful. Also, we had one friend allergic to sesame and peanuts (major ingredients in Chinese foods), and they accommodated for us with no problem. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking to escape from super touristy areas in Beijing!

Dear customer, thanks for your coming join us with the dumpling class, normaly the class take around 2-3hours, most people will chose going in the dinner time, the class include the dumpling and pull the noodles as well, also the chef will prepare other dishes and drinks are all include. we also really enjoy the time with your guys.

The location is very nice at a local hotel were the charismatic Dana welcomes you with a drink. Her husband is the brains behind the workshop and shows you how to make some delicious dumplings and noodles. Dana provides the subtitles. Of course every meal you are able to cook by yourself tastes good but with the help of this magic team you'll be able to make some wonderful Chinese food and they're some real nice company!

It gives us a great pleasure to read that you were pleased with this dumpling& noodle experiences. You are all really nice and easygoing , also it’s been really pleasant talking with your guys.
We just opened this small business and we need more reviews and some suggestions from your guys as well, we think more practice will make things perfect. Same either for us as well.
Normally the chef Zuo will offer for dumpling &noodles & kungpao chicken,of course we will serve some other dishes with dumpling ,soft drinks /chinese tea/ fruits are all included as well.Also we are pleasant to know there is some one who have some special food request or they want learning other food skills.
All in all, we really happy to meet your guys, also you can contanct with me if you have any thing in beijing that you want to help.

我来拜访我的外国朋友的，所以一起参加了这次饺子课程，老板很热情，他们说是刚开始准备做饺子课程的，除了饺子之外给我们准备了很多吃的东西，饺子课程也非常有趣，2楼有一个小阳台，我去看了朋友的房间也非常的漂亮，还有一个小院子花非常多，总之一切都挺好的，美好的一天。
