這景點還不錯, 人不多, 重慶類似的景點不少, 應該只有這個在北邊, 全程約3小時走完, 有南北兩路口, 南低北高, 要從北入口進往下走從南入口出, 比較順, 若從南入口入往上爬到北入口會非常累.

First of all, the canyon is really stunning and well worth the journey! We were amazed by the beautiful scenery and the best part was that we had it almost to ourselves, very rare in China!
We couldn‘t find much information on how to reach the canyon by public transport, that‘s why I want to share our experience here. Since a private driver for the day was too expensive for us (around 1000 RMB), we decided to try our luck by metro and bus. We left our hotel in Jiefangbai around 6.45am and took the metro line 6 (direction Bei Bei) at around 7am. After about 50 minutes and around 20 stops we got off at Zouhangyuanbai station. There‘s a bus terminal right at the metro station (take exit B2) but there they told us that there‘s NO direct bus going to Jindao and pointed to a street outside. We walked in this direction and after asking several people we found another bus terminal, located next to OYO Hotel. There we took bus number 968A but then were dropped off after around 20 minutes. All passengers left the bus and further down the road there was another bus (another number 968 I think). After another 20 minutes or so, we had to change buses again. The 3rd bus we took, was number 962. We then were brought to a village named Pianyan Ancient Town. It was 10:15am at that point. There we found out that the next bus to Jindao only leaves at 11am. This one was a minibus that finally brought us up the mountain to the north gate of the park! It was 11:30am at that point and we started walking around 12am.
From there it was very easy, we walked down in a little less than 3 hours. As you’re walking down, the road forks at one point. You can continue going down straight and take a shortcut. We turned right instead and would recommend this route, since only like that you get to walk down the „whole“ canyon. There‘s some caves on the way, we didn‘t visit them. At one point further down the canyon you can take a boat or walk, we took the boat which was 10 RMB per person. We reached the south gate at around 2.45pm. From there we took a minibus to the bus station, just tell the driver to bring you to bus 962. Bus 962 brought us to another station, there we changed to bus 963, which went directly to Bei Bei, from where we took the metro no 6 back to Jiefangbei. We got back at 6.30pm. The way back was smoother but the whole thing is definitely not a hassle free journey if you don’t speak the language (nobody spoke a word of English). It‘s veeeery long but it is doable and it was an interesting and very local experience. You get to see a nice part of China’s countryside. And it only costs a fraction of the costs of a private driver (each bus was only RMB 2). Just make sure you have all the names in Chinese written down before you leave. And bring some snacks as there‘s not much (good) food to buy inside the park.

Really quaint building with a picturesque waterfall.Nice way to spend an hour of two browsing the stalls of food and goods.Great view of the surrounds and River from the top floor.

11th November 2018 was a perfect day to visit thys breathteaking place. It looked We were there alone. We got to the valley by a ropeway, where is amazing view from. But there is an option walk a thousand-steps stairway from the enterance. There are walkways mounted on the rocks in the valley. I did not feel any dangerously. Everything looks safely.
Nature beauty is like nowhere else I've had ever been.
There are meny sport options during summer like connyoning or climbing.
I recommend this wonderrfull place.

A short 1.5-2 hour drive from Chongqing city center, this nature area is absolutely breathtaking. We took a steep gondola down after entering the nature area. The walk is amazing and there are several opportunities to take a boat. One is inside of a cool Karst cavern. The second is along a scenic water body. You will take hundreds of photos during your visit. One of the most beautiful areas that I have every seen

As with all natural sites with China, avoid going during Golden week and other holiday periods where it will be inundated with people and ruin the experience.
Outside the holiday periods this location is not very busy (especially not in the autumn/winter period) but is strikingly beautiful.
About a 3hr drive from central Chongqing, this is a great escape from the city.
As mentioned by many, I would advise walking down from the North gate and getting the cable car back up unless you can get a driver to meet you at the bottom or get the bus.
It is a long and challenging walk with over 1000 steps to consider. There are several places along the route where you can purchase noodles and other lunch meals or snacks.
Currently (November 2017) the bottom-half of the gorge (where the boat ride, singing and abseiling etc take place) is currently closed due to floods early in Autumn. There is currently no timescale for when it will be re-opened but I would assume it will be ready for the next major holiday period in February. Call them to be certain.
The upper half is exceptionally beautiful with an interesting cave an is easy to do in a comfortable afternoon. If you are travelling a long way to get to Jindaoxia, without skipping the top half by taking the cable car, you will be hard pressed to enjoy the whole gorge without rushing, especially when busy.

Coreografica visita a questa costruzione di 11 piano arroccata sotto i grattacieli della città. Con tempio e cascata d'acqua molto realistica si può salire con l' ascensore per arrivare al top, e poi scendere i vari piani attraverso cunicoli e dietro la cascata. Bello

山山水水非常的美，还有变形金刚4和满城尽带黄金甲的拍摄地，导游小姐介绍的很细致，瀑布那里的空气负氧离子很丰富，深呼吸几下感觉和不一样，总体来说很值得去

Bit of an adventure getting here on your own but very very worth it. The canyon starts pretty wide at the beginning but soon gets narrower and narrower. Paths carved into the cliff face, through a tunnel at one point, and on a small boat during another. Very picturesque and a great walk. I would highly recommend making it out here if you pass through Chongqing.

I would like to visit Jindao Canyon on October 31. We inquired of a tour guide who is operating another optional tour for our group that day who stated: "we don't recommend you to visit Jindao Gorge in October. Since now Chongqing is during the rainy season and landslides and mud-rock flow may happen in Jindao Gorge. So for your safety, we don't suggest you to visit Jindao Gorge."
We REALLY want to go to this gorge and are interested in any experience with a different tour guide or private driver we could contact to make arrangements. We will be disembarking from a Yangtze River cruise that morning (Chaotianmen dock) and staying at the Athestel Hotel that night (288 Keyuansi Rd, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing) so we have most of the day available to visit Jindao. Thanks for any helpful advice!
