Great tour of the island. The tram ride was great and the views spectacular. The boat trip was extra and to be fair not worth it, my advice don’t bother wait at the fishing village. Stable market was your typical market but have a walk along the sea front which is great, plenty of cafes and bars. Our tour guide Ken was informative and funny.

My holiday is important to me and I think it’s outrageous for a tour company to run 1:15 late at pick-up and make no effort to contact the client.
This is a poor service, badly organized and bad mannered. The management lack any kind of respect for the paying customer and their limited time on vacation - which could have been spent relaxing rather than in a hotel lobby waiting for no one.
Save yourself the pain book elsewhere!

Took the Lantau Enlightenment half day tour on a foggy, cloudy day. It was a waste of time and money - couldn’t see anything from the cable car, couldn’t see the Big Buddha despite climbing all the steps, couldn’t go out to the sea to see the white dolphins. None of that is the tour company’s fault of course, it’s just bad luck. However, the lack of acknowledgement from the guide that there had been any problem - and the request for a tip as we got off the bus - shows that they don’t really care if you enjoy the tour or not. The least they could do was offer a discount for another tour, but all we were told was 'well you'll have to visit Lantau again...maybe do the longer tour next time'. As if.

We selected Hong Kong Disneyland Tour through website of Grayline Tours and it was a pleasant trip. Our tour guide was very polite and friendly and we enjoyed a lot. I would highly recommend this tour to others.

This was a great tour taking in the Big Buddha, fishing village with stilt houses and loads more. Pearl our guide was excellent, informative and funny! Would definitely recommend this company for any tours whilst visiting Hong Kong.

We did 2 tours with this company - Hong Kong City Tour (half day) and Lantau Island (full day). Both were very well organised with punctual pick ups from our hotel and well timed schedules. Our bus drivers were experienced and we felt very comfortable during the trips. Our guide, Candy, was informative and gave interesting anecdotal commentaries along the way, as well as clear instructions about meeting points and places. Ample time was allowed at the various stops. My only disappointment was that we were taken through the three levels of the Exhibition Hall beneath the Big Buddha at a very quick pace and were not allowed back in to peruse the displays more slowly. I would definitely use this company again for future tours.

Such a great experience it had exceeded our expectations and went beyond, they came on time for our pick up and the travel went smoothy, a big shoutout to our beautiful and amazing guide Ms. Pearl, she was so nice, accommodating and very reliable she even came out of her way to assist us in finding our way around mong kok, to our tour driver Mr. Hong great driving skills we felt really comfortable and relaxed.
Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend this service in a heartbeat!

Our tour guide Leo “ the lion”was very nice, knowledgeable and engaging. The cable ride was fun, the views, the vegetarian food was great. Only thing I wasn’t too keen was the jewelry factory nice displays thought.

What a lovely tour with Ross as our guide. We were very apprehensive because of the protests. We arrived for the weekend when they are worse. We needn't have worried the trip was fine. The Peak tram was good. Views from the top amazing. Ross accompanied us and even took photos for us. Next was a ride on a Sanpam which was nice. Then a jewellery centre. Some lovely pieces. Then shopping at Stanley Market. Didnt appear cheap. So we had a beer in a bar on the harbour. Dropped back at the hotel. You really see Hong Kong on this trip. At no time was giving a tip mentioned. On tours in Spain for example they always mention it, which annoys me. Because they didn't we gave one. Give this trip a go it's great.

Booked the premium HK Island-Highlights thoroughly enjoyed the tour specially our friendly,caring energetic tour guide Pearline. She went beyond and above to look after us.

Has anyone recently booked a Macau daytrip from Hong Kong? I am considering going with either Grayline or Viator: I have had better experiences with Viator, but the Grayline tour looks more interesting. Any advice? Thanks!

Yes we just did 2 days ago.
Suggest you just walk down to the Hong Kong or kowloon ferry terminal and buy yourself a round trip ferry ticket.
You can prebook a local guide based on tripadvisor reviews.
The return ticket can get you a boat back till 1 am
