The Rise Commercial Mall is situated along Granville Circuit in the heart of the TST district. What you will find here is an old, dated indoor arcade with four round floors with around 25-30 tiny, glassed in shops on each level. There is an escalator from the ground floor to the first floor and a single staircase you can use between the next three floors.
Mostly retail businesses here selling boutique clothing, trendy wear, shoes, tailoring services, cosmetics, handcraft jewellery, soaps and the likes. If you visit earlier in the day, most shops won't be open, come between 4-9pm and you'll find more having opened up for customers.
Note: These days, quite a few shops at Rise have closed down and others that don't seem to open regularly anymore.. As such, save your visit until later in the evening and on weekends if possible.

吸引我嚟利時商場買衫既原因，係因為全部店舖都係小店，有啲係計師自己開舖賣自己設計既服裝，有啲係售賣由日本、韓國直接入貨既時裝，所以貨品價錢較高。近年商場多咗好多空舖，可能係因為舖租增幅強勁，商店陸續退租。

位於尖沙咀横街的小型多層商場，集中了很多售賣男女時裝服飾的時尚小店，包括潮流便服、西裝、宴會服、配飾及皮鞋等，不是一般連鎖店品牌的貨色，對象以年青人為主。
