We tried to visit on 3 occasions - but the brewery was only open on 1 occasion
Monday & Saturday were closed - Monday for a private party (not notified on Facebook ) the second occasion closed was a Saturday evening - gate locked ( again nothing on facebook)
So after to two journeys by tricycle we had to return to our hotel.
We admire the Inspiration and hard work in creating the brewery but this is offset by the lacking of opening hours based on our personal experience.

A fantastic little brewery with delicious beers. Dave the bartender is a legend - make sure you visit them for a good time and to help them get back on the horse after the pandemic and typhoon.

Great bar, great owner, great beer 👍 I went there alone, but they have space for groups of people too. I would recommend giving this place a visit.

Great place. Beers served in the tap-house, which is furnished with a beautiful wooden bar, tables and chairs; the feeling of a "real" pub.
The beers are great (I tried the IPA and the Amber Ale). Delicious, and great value. Brewed on-site; you can see the tanks on the ground floor of the same building.
The barman is part of the founding family. He was very friendly and knowledgeable to talk with, while enjoying the beers.
Walk down the path at the entrance to the house; the tap-house is up the stairs on the right.
Good luck to you all at the brewery; I hope to see your beers appearing in Manila very soon!

A nice little tap room… with nothing on tap. Only bottles available and frankly the quality of the beer was poor - barely at home brew quality. Perhaps things have declined post pandemic - or maybe the craft beer world has moved on and left them behind.

We walked across town to visit here. I work in a brewery back in the UK so was excited to see one in Puerto Princesa. The reviews for the beers looked great. When we got there I was slightly disappointed that the beers I wanted to try were out... The IPA had such a good write up but there was none. I know it’s only a small brewery so it’s hard to always have everything available. Still slightly disappointed though. We had the Palawan Honey Kölsch and the Batak Warrior IPA (imperial). Only in bottles, not sure if they do any on tap? Beers were ok, well brewed in my opinion. Maybe I’ll get to try next time if I visit!

The brewery is located just a short walk from the main busy streets, but feels miles away. Quality beer, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The Beertender Fhem was an absolute delight to meet! I highly recommend you make this a must stop location if you are in PP!

We love this place we have been coming here every year or two since it opened .When we first came here you were able to taste the beer before you chose the best one for you but no food and it was upstairs and had a very intermit and welcoming feeling to it .Time goes on and now it’s much more popular which is great , it’s now downstairs and has a big screen tv with music clips going and no more testers and food is available if you are there at the right time and your choice of different beers is limited. We are an older couple and the barmaid was much more engaged with the younger men patrons than us. We will be back and hopefully it’s bigger again and both upstairs and downstairs venues will be operating for both preferences and their beer supply problem and food availability will be sorted out . After all there’s always teething problems with new enterprises. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Ignore negative reviews... You will need to pay slightly more for good beer, regardless of where you are in the world.
No they do kit sell the ubiquitous Pilsen, which is a godsend.
They have a range of great beers, I especially enjoyed the 2 IPAs on offer Mango was my preference but both were good, stout was very good also. Though a bit heavy in the Filipino heat for me!
Not much on offer food wise, just bar snacks.
It's a bit off the beaten track but worth the stroll of an evening.
Bottles cost around 200-250 a pop which is about the going rate for decent beer in Palawan, I paid about the same at a microbrewery El Nido for a beer nowhere near as good as these ones.

I had fun here. The buko rum is spectacular. They had several beers. The bartender (I think her name is Phem) was great. She knew the different beers and has a great personality. She was a blast.
As is the case with most small breweries I've visited, not all beers are available at all times. But Phem explained that right away and had good suggestions for what I might like.
Another great thing about this brewery is that it is a successful female ran business. I think one of the first female owned and operated in the Philippines.
I will definitely try to make it back again before I leave Puerto Princessa.

They open at 1:00 PM and are open until 9:00 PM, I think. I personally didn't eat here, but they do have a food menu. I think that the food is the typical food you find in most American bars. Hope this helps.
