주변의 다른 스파와 비교하였을때 마사지사들이 정말 정성껏 마사지를 해줍니다.
시간을 꽉채워서 마사지를 하며 스킬이 왠만한 고급스파와 비교하여 뒤지지 않네요
한국인들에게 엄청 친절합니다. 완전 추천~

This was the worst message I had on the island. Did not enjoy it at all place very basic also very noisy. Think I would have had a better message if my dog just walked over me. Would avoid there are much better ones around.

Dear Meinir. This is Raymond and I am part of management. I am very sorry for your bad experience in our spa. It is only the other day that I found out about the reviews here and have made some changes. We have talked to our on-site supervisor and hopefully things improve for the better. It is with your honest reviews that we know and can improve our service. You are the first review I am responding to.
Would you remember the name of your masseuse. They go through a training process and should not be assigned to guests if they did not pass this.
Again we apologize for this unacceptable service.

Friendly staff, discount 10% during morning and early afternoon, but still overpriced by comparison with other more upmarket spa's nearby. Premises rather basic and 'spa' is in the name rather than the ambiance. Massage was good, but no reason to return.

This is a rather late response as I only found out about the reviews here a few days ago. I apologize for not being to your standard and have made changes where we can improve. We do have a basic spa and are limited by our location and space size. We however are trying to improve the ambiance by strictly monitoring the noise caused by the staff while in service or in the spa premises.
We hear you and are doing things to improve where possible. Thank you for your review and we hope to be better next time.

I went in with my husband for a 1hr full body massage (600 php). Massage was amazing and we had not experienced this technique in Asia before.
I gave 4 out of 5 because:
"Rooms" are separated by curtains so you can easily here people in other "rooms".
The masseuses were talking to each other during the massage.

We have only recently seen the reviews here and are doing things to address your comments. We thank you for liking our service but it is still unacceptable to have a spa that is noisy due to the staff chatting. Thank you for your comments and it helps us improve even further.

The place is located right in the D Mall. It looks small outside but it has 5-7 cubicles inside. I had a 30min body scrub and an hour body massage for a very reasonable price. They offer 10% off at a certain time (I think from 10-2pm). The staff that did my scrub and massage was very professional. She gave me an excellent service. Her name is Romelie, look for her when you go there! I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I'm not a fan of the body scrub that she used, although its smooth and silky afterwards, its hard to rinse off and it felt a little slimy.

Thank you for your review and we are happy that you liked our service and have informed Romelie about your commendation. This is a late response as we have only seen the reviews a few days ago. I do not know what scrub she used but the sliminess may have been a result of our scrub still having oil or lotion mixed in and washing that off after the scrub and before the massage results in a slimy feeling while washing it off. All our scrubs will have the same effect in varying degrees.
You would be happy to know that all our scrubs use all natural apricot seeds and no plastic micro beads thereby helping preserve our environment and wildlife.

I only had the ear candling which was okay. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for creature comforts then this is definitely not the place.

Thank you for your review and sorry for this late reply. We only recently saw the reviews here. Ear candling is a quick service and is usually added to a regular massage service. It would not be reflective of the main service that we offer. We hope you can try our other services if you do visit Boracay again.

I had a total of 8 massages while vacationing in Boracay ranging from booths along White Beach, various spas and in the hotel. By far, the best massages I had were at D'spa (2). the absolute best was given by a woman named Sharon. OMG, out of this world! The price? 540 pesos or about $13.00. Located at D'mall

Massage was ok but the place was loud, dirty and felt like you were an inconvenience to them. Go to khan spa on the beachfront much better service, super clean and a lovely view

Dirty linen, threadbare rough and hard towels.
The massage itself was ok but the surroundings were very poor. Noisy and my therapist was talking to another therapist during my 90 minute treatment. There is little privacy and the cubicles are separated by shower curtains.
Spend the extra and go to Yasuragi Spa!

This is almost 6 years late but we apologize for your bad experience with us. We have only recenty seen all the reviews here and all your comments are important to us even if they were from 6 years ago. We cant control the noise from outside but it is unacceptable that our therapists are talking inside. We have initiated strict implementation of our policies on noise and it is from the reviews here from different years that made management aware that it is not being implemented strictly. Rest assured that we have heard your comments and are acting on them.
We are not able to provide hard dividers due to the limitation of space and curtains allow the masseuse to move freely.

I went to D' Spa (Medical Plaza) for a diamond peel. The service was just okay, but the clinic was indeed a bit noisy and didnt seem that clean. The frontdesk personnel didn't seem friendly and the therepists also didn't look presentable. Aside from that, there's no privacy at all! My diamond treatment was done in a room where there are two other people having warts removal and another one having underarm whitening treatment. There weren't even curtains to serve as partitions. Only the girl having the underarm whitening treatment was on one part of the room where there is a divider. I would'nt recommend this place.
