POOR QC POOR AFTER SERVICE, ZERO SOLUTION OR RESULT, bought a Uniqlo Polo as I have been for the last 10 years and never had an issue until the last purchase, it was longer than normal. I did not try on as I assumed it would be the exact same as all the polos as before but this one was longer, I went back to the shop and they said they could not shorten as the machines are only for pants, so they re-directed to online customer service and they told me the same answe of the amhcin which I said I already knew, I was not asking for a refund or exchange, I was asking for a solution, they said the didnt have one, they said take it to an third-party alteration shop. Why was the polo shirt different than all the others which i have, the answer they gave say it may vary from production factories then I said that menas there is a QC issue. In short no solution, quite a disspointemnt, hopefully it will never happen to anyone else.

Uniqlo Ion branch feedback. Very upset why the sales person does not allow me to try on the Ultra Light Down Jacket in the “fitting room”???? while branch like Somerset allows it. Bad service. Busy outlet and they couldn’t cope up with the queue is it?

My partner took the wrong size to try at Uniqlo ion outlet. When I asked the staff at the fitting room counter to assist us in bringing another size, he told me to get it myself with the excuse that his colleagues are too busy to do so. Isn’t that part of their job scope?

We have always shopped at Uniqlo when we are in SIngapore. With high sales tax in Wa state, the Uniqlo Singapore prices are cheaper. They also carry more basics than I've seen in Wa. We tend to buy shorts, and Airism, fleece and sweat material hoodies.
There are quite a few Uniqlo stores in Singapore so no matter where you are staying, you are probably close to one! Also, if you buy more than $100, and have a foreign passport, you can claim your GST at the airport when you leave.

Enough with the Greenwashing pose. Come on. How hard is it to provide packaging bags instead of forcing your customers to pay 10 cents for a Paper bag that IS NOT recyclable??????

What amazes me is that the Uniqlo retail stores pretty well carries the same line and style of clothes throughout their stores around the globe. I thought that since the company was located in a more tropical climate that they would not carry the same winter styles . Well, I was wrong, Uniqlo has the same winter styles as that offered in North America. One of my favorite stores worldwide!

This is my 1st purchase online at Uniqlo. Very nice jacket and light in weight. The material is comfortable to wear but I purchased slightly too big for myself. Took size XL instead of size L. There is many different colors to choose from and I will definitely purchase again. After discount the price is really reasonable.

Uniqlo is unique with its offerings, some real good stuff at affordable prices. Saw several Uniqlo outlets in malls of Singapore but this one at Orchard Central was definitely the largest. Two separate levels for males and females, acres of apparels and accessories ..

観光地に指定されているのにびっくりでした。結構人が多く、人気のお店の1つなのだろうというのがよくわかりました。図書館の帰りに立ち寄りました。

For affordable yet stylish and sleek clothing, Uniqlo is a no-brainer. This one at Orchard is my favorite place to shop because of thr sheer number of options.
