The aesthetician was very meticulous and attentive to my request. I highly recommend her services. However, the front desk consultant's attitude was terrible when she realized I wasn't going to purchase a package. She showed a displeased expression and was not keen on answering my inquiries afterward.

Stopped in as has an hour spare and they found time, massage was fabulous relaxing as well as remedial. Would go again.

The staff were very friendly, the premises was very clean and hygienic and the ladies who massaged me were very skilled and extremely professional. As I was not very mobile at the time, they were extremely helpful, helping me on and of the massage table and back into my wheelchair. Highly recommended.

I popped into this small spa while enroute to a restaurant where they are located. What a needed treat after a long business trip. They were professional, reasonably priced, experienced, clean and super responsive. They were able to fit me in right away and I was so satisfied that I came back the next day for an even longer treatment. It was all so wonderful, relaxing and timely before my 24 hours in the air to return home.

I needed a massage for a very tired body and sore feet after lots of walking and sight seeing. When I walked in to book they were fully booked, however the receptionist was very kind to call me when they had a cancellation. The massage room is not luxurious, but its a massage that you want right? the therapist was good at her job and went out feeling relieved and relaxed. I also like to tea they gave me before and after the massage in the reception. thank you ladies

Lux Aesthetics is a professional facial business. The employees are well-skilled, and there is no such thing as selling packages or pressuring customers (which happens commonly in other facial shops). Overall I enjoyed the facial as the employee had great skill in extracting the blackheads.

This little Spa is right next to the back door of the hotel which is very convenient. The staff are extremely kind and attentive. Usually they will have an appointment available on the same day if you enquire at the Spa in person when you arrive. The atmosphere is very tranquil and the treatments are great. Very enjoyable relaxation and I think time well spent

No hard selling. Appreciate that the therapist was very diligent in his work and could see visible results! Just wished that the package could be cheaper. Other than that, highly recommended!

Splendid experience with professional and skillful therapist. Very heart warming during my arrival, machine that helps face muscle to exercise. I can feel my face dancing😁. I will definitely be back again, thank you all.
