I am tempted to be a modern bookworm in this library at orchard. It is so modern and its wide spacious place is welcoming to anyone who is keen on browsing or reading mags or books. I love to sit on their cushy chairs and sofas to read exciting titles while I look around for any familiar celeb faces. Celeb spotting is a fav here.

Nice place to study and read books. The coolest library in Singapore. Its just right above 313 mall.

オーチャードセントラルの3階と4階にある図書館です。それほど広くはないですが、旅行者でも入れますし椅子はたくさんあって、一部はコンセントもあるので、オーチャード散歩の途中休憩に使えます。

As others have said, this is a sanctuary from the bustle of the outside but it is foremost a beautiful library and a great place to switch off and read or just mooch looking the next book you might want to read. They also have local info about forthcoming events from the screens. I might be me (am hopeless with directions) but I had downloaded G-maps for offline access and it wasn’t easy to find from that, it is *in* the centre not on the road.

혹시나 이 도서관이 있는 쇼핑몰 근처에 있다면 잠깐 들려봐도 좋아요. 뷰도 참 좋습니다. 제가 근처에 거주하는 사람이었다면 자주 왔을 것 같아요

Lovely to find a quiet and cool place in the busy Orchard area. Singapore library is very cool. You could rest and read the magazine or listen to audio books

Si cazar librerías hermosas durante los viajes es lo tuyo, entonces no te pierdas esta durante tu visita a Singapur. La entrada es gratuita y se encuentra dentro de un centro comercial. Puedes admirar su diseño, tomar unas cuantas fotos y hojear libros y revistas que tienen y descansar un rato en sus sillones.

位在購物中心裡，不同於一般圖書館的裝潢樣式，並不顯得沉悶，雜誌種類不少，即使並非新加坡公民或永久居民，也能暫歇閱覽。

Went here to wait for my friend who was still shopping around Orchard. The book collection here is enough for short reading time. Saw a group of high school buddies here to study and even finishing their homework. The staff was nice and he even taught me how to find a book in a typical complicated library numbering method :")))
