‪This is the perfect shop to buy gifts for family and friends, as it has everything! The lady in the shop was so warm and welcoming without being in any way pushy. We loved walking through this aladdin's cave, seeing all the different objects - and I'm someone who doesn't normally enjoy shopping! We would definitely recommend this gem of a shop as must see.‬

‪Amazing find‬

‪I can only echo all the other very positive reviews. I looked up this shop online prior to my visit and it was a really great experience, such nice antiques and most importantly my favourites - old prints, maps and postcards, both originals but also cheaper reproductions. I was so happy to find what I was looking for, an amazing original miniature map of Asia, and am grateful to Mrs Elaine for a great professional advice and her delightful manner. I also purchased one new item, a very nice and practical pouch bag with a design by Beth Cheong, after Elaine explained that this was the owner's daughter's own art. Thank you again and I will have great memories, hope you visit you again in my lifetime:)

‪Wonderful place to help you get closer to asian culture and heritage‬

‪ Just walking down the street and looking at the items exposed outside will make you stop and want to peek in.
Once inside, the staff will welcome you and if you so require, help you with your treasure hunt.
The store is packed with authentic and fairly priced items, for which there is always a nice story. You can learn a bit about chinese culture and the tea ceremony and a very nice warmful feeling will engulf you.
This is definitely a place to visit while venturing through the streets of Chinatown in Singapore.

‪Elaine was incredibly helpful in translating the meaning of the authentic items we purchased, even suggesting we record her explanation in case we forgot! There are lots of traditional, high quality items in this shop, which make excellent gifts or keepsakes. We will definitely visit again given the chance. Well worth a visit!‬

‪Beautiful gem in Chinatown‬

‪Such an amazing find in Chinatown! The shop is an Aladdin’s Cave full of beautiful items - for me it was the porcelain items that drew me in (my weakness in life!!) I was met by Elaine and she was super kind, knowledgeable and helpful, but also gave you space to shop / wonder. Honestly it was an amazing experience looking around the shop, learning about the bowls and other items I was interested in (and purchased). I really recommend you visit ☺️‬

‪Charmante petite boutique familiale au cœur de China Town . J.ai coutume de me rendre dans cette boutique qui regorge de trésors et où l ‘accueil est fantastique . Au delà des petits joyaux que vous pourrez trouver , nous avons été invitées à vivre une expérience unique avec ma fille lors d’une véritable cérémonie du thé. Un moment fabuleux et hors du temps que je recommande vivement .‬

‪Excellent Experience at East Inspirations‬

‪If you are in search of Singapore antiquities or nice souvenirs East Inspirations is a must!! I came here specifically for Peranakan porcelain and was pleasantly surprised by their selection! Upon entry, I was greeted by Elaine who took the time to explain the symbolism of each piece I was interested in. After I made my purchases, Elaine took me on a tour of the store and showed me all of the rare antiques! She was such a kind soul and her positive energy stuck with me for the rest of the day! I will definitely be back before I return home!! Like I said, this place is a must see for antique lovers!! ‬
